My son is 4 with level 1 autism & they would be so dirty with my son they hardly changed his diaper I would pick him up with his diaper so full that he wasn't able to sit on his car seat by the time we walked to the parking lot to go home he would get rashes due to them not caring for him when it's 1 on 1 therapy when at his normal school I don't Go thru problems like this, the facility in general is disgusting very unclean and unhygienic I will be reporting them to the Health department. When you first walk into the clinic the couch is super dirty as if they found it in an alley the smell of the clinic smells like poop all the time imagine how they have their house. They paired my son with a man named Cory and he was so dirty towards my son he would never clean his hands after eating or change diapers his personality was very odd and wasn't a great fit for a little boy and the clinician manager Gabriel Ortega knew that and they didn't care to change and would threaten me about my insurance getting upset and denying me for the next evaluation. They forced us to do long hours to benefit them making more money out of my kid. Here are some pictures to proof of how dirty the clinic is and how they must be dirty with the kids there as well. I made a grievance complain to my insurance and they told my insurance as AN EXCUSE that my son loved to play on the floor when my son doesn't even play on the floor they would put him in a boring white room with a tablet and would always have subs never steady with their workers the only person that was the best is Valerie she is a sweetheart & so is Anthony but other then that don't waste your time there with money hungry lieing Gabriel Ortega and the director is unprofessional as well knew about all the situations and failed to communicate with him. I will be printing these pictures and forwarding them to Long Beach City Health Department. Look at these pictures and you decide if this clinic are the dirty ones or my son is !!!!!

We are attending puppy school/training through Bixby Anmal Clinic in the Bixby Knolls area of Long…read moreBeach on Atlantic. We signed up for puppy training for our new French Bulldog for 5 weeks. Miriam Yarden is the "behavior specialist." The training is so much more than I had hoped for. We completed our 2nd session of 5 tonight. Miriam is gentle and firm, and has actually taught us to love our puppy more, which I didn't even think was possible. She teaches us to train in a gentle, loving and humane way. She is a mature lady, and she knows her business. She actually is teaching the owners to train the dogs, train the trainers if you will, which is exactly what we need. Last week we had questions about dangerous plants in the yard, so Miriam brought hand outs about dangerous plants and how to identify them and what to do this week. She makes everyone in the group do the commands with the dog so that if the trainer is confusing the dog, it is corrected on the spot. I really enjoy her straightforward manner. She is funny and frank. I highly recommend her. I will be sorry when the training is over because we (my partner, the dog, and I) enjoy it sooooooo much!

I am thankful to have found this company they have helped myself and my daughter navigate this whole journey and provided tools that will last a lifetime!!!! Valerie and her staff are absolutely amazing. My daughter has made such great progress since starting services with spectrum solutions The therapist at spectrum solutions are very hands on and very patient and caring towards all the kids. Couldn't have done it without this company. Valerie has a heart of gold and has made such a tremendous impact in our lives. Spectrum solution therapy is hands down the best ABA therapy service out there.
