We left the item with the doctor the next morning, which is one of their designated pickup areas. I was originally charged my copay of 20%, but they refuse to refund me despite having signs posted in store that show they take refunds within 24 hours. Their justification is that they didn't pick up the item for 3 days, so I must pay for those 3 days. Somehow, 21 days was going to cost ~$106, but 1 day (or 3, if you follow their logic) still cost $80.
