Ask your doctor to give you a different option, Medway Medical is not a good place to do business.

Their justification is that they didn't pick up the item for 3 days, so I must pay for those 3 days. Somehow, 21 days was going to cost ~$106, but 1 day (or 3, if you follow their logic) still cost $80.

No one seems to be able to encourage her or fit her with the proper mask. They suggest that she see her doctor and get sleeping pills, that that is probably the issue. My mom is in her late 70s and expects professionalism, as do I. There are also issues with billing, the charges are different each month with no explanation. Do not text a person with a total amount due and no break down of charges.
