There is no opportunity to evaluate the costs and benefits of various models. They will sell you what they have in stock or you get nothing. The final straw for me was finding out that they have been holding my money, an overpayment because they don't have set pricing (just estimates of probable insurance reimbursement), since 2021 - about two and a half years. Ask your doctor to give you a different option, Medway Medical is not a good place to do business.

Their justification is that they didn't pick up the item for 3 days, so I must pay for those 3 days. Somehow, 21 days was going to cost ~$106, but 1 day (or 3, if you follow their logic) still cost $80.

I arrived 25 minutes early. I waited in the lobby for 27 minutes for this "gentleman" to call me back. We entered a side room, and he sat down with his leg crossed and a cpap was plugged into the wall. A folder of papers and he had a laptop hooked to a monitor. I was angry that I waited and now I do not get to choose what I got. I asked how much does this cost? He didn't know. How do I know if it is even new? the tubing was not in plastic. There was no mask. I had been told to do the picture the day before. He hadn't even thought about masks. I said I want to be able to pick my Apap out. My one from 15 years ago sucked because it ran out of water all the time and I would be breathing metal fumes. He then told me to sit down let's talk. After the third time he asked me to sit down, I knew this Asshole had his own special way of explaining and if we cut a corner, it would throw him off his game. I sat down then he put up stuff on the monitor. I said you're not going to show a video. I was fed up. He kept calling me Ma'am. I asked him not to and he continued to. I started to text my husband and then the Straight up ASS of an Areocare employee says maybe we should reschedule ma'am! I called him a freak MA'AM and a straight up ASS and left. NEVER GO THERE!
