He walked me through the process of filling the prescription and offered alternative payment assistance and options. I would highly recommend this pharmacy to anyone that is at the end of their rope and cannot afford big-chain pharmacy prices. It is heart breaking that our elderly needs certain medications, but more than likely cannot afford them. Sid will have the medication shipped out and we will receive within 1-2 days. THANK YOU Raff-Hall Family Park Pharmacy and SID for being AWESOME and a GOD-SEND!!! I am forever grateful for your help!!! I will definitely tell others about this pharmacy.

First of all, their customer service was top-notch. When I reached out to them with questions, they responded promptly and professionally, and they were always happy to help. Their representatives were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to ensure that I was satisfied with my experience. Especially a gentleman by the name Jordan who not only explained the products in detail, as well as what to buy for the occasion. Over all I will be going back here and recommending this fine establishment to my colleagues as well. I would highly recommend others to stop by and not only purchase but to have a wonderful environment with the purchase.

5 stars to Dr Christina, amazing person, always good service for several years and would have…read morerecommended to anyone until a few days ago. My credit card on file with them for a measly $39/mo service agreement was hacked somewhere and I had to cancel the card. then here comes the calls, they were told I could not talk while at work, not to call me again and that I would call when I had time and also had to cancel cleaning as I was at a new job and did not want to take time off yet. However my request was ignored and I was called at work again 2 days later which did not sit well with me, Patricia was told not to call me again and I hung up... within 5 minutes my wife was called by her and she flat out LIED to her saying they couldn't get ahold of me and needed a card number, my wife was also busy at work and wasn't about to give a card number to a stranger anyway. then the texts started....the commando, bill collector, or scammer type of approach Patricia took for a mere $39 is appalling and disturbing from a place that seemed to "care" about your well being......and they do...as long as that money is on time. I do not plan on using them again after this type of treatment and am considering filing withBBB for harassment. It is bad enough going through credit card hack and theft but being harassed for $39 while still dealing with the theft problem is ridiculous.

We left the item with the doctor the next morning, which is one of their designated pickup areas. I was originally charged my copay of 20%, but they refuse to refund me despite having signs posted in store that show they take refunds within 24 hours. Their justification is that they didn't pick up the item for 3 days, so I must pay for those 3 days. Somehow, 21 days was going to cost ~$106, but 1 day (or 3, if you follow their logic) still cost $80.
