5 stars to Dr Christina, amazing person, always good service for several years and would have recommended to anyone until a few days ago. My credit card on file with them for a measly $39/mo service agreement was hacked somewhere and I had to cancel the card. then here comes the calls, they were told I could not talk while at work, not to call me again and that I would call when I had time and also had to cancel cleaning as I was at a new job and did not want to take time off yet. However my request was ignored and I was called at work again 2 days later which did not sit well with me, Patricia was told not to call me again and I hung up... within 5 minutes my wife was called by her and she flat out LIED to her saying they couldn't get ahold of me and needed a card number, my wife was also busy at work and wasn't about to give a card number to a stranger anyway. then the texts started....the commando, bill collector, or scammer type of approach Patricia took for a mere $39 is appalling and disturbing from a place that seemed to "care" about your well being......and they do...as long as that money is on time. I do not plan on using them again after this type of treatment and am considering filing withBBB for harassment. It is bad enough going through credit card hack and theft but being harassed for $39 while still dealing with the theft problem is ridiculous. read more

He and his staff were so helpful and understanding and immediately helped me survive my week long trip by loaning me a hearing aid. We had some concerns with my 2 year old's hearing, and Dr. Hubik and Dr. Black were able to get her in for an appointment very quickly to do some tests. All of the staff were very accommodating and knowledgable. I have worn hearing aids for over ten years, but until 3 years ago, was never pleased or comfortable with my audiologist. At that time, I decided to visit other hearing-related offices, hoping to fine one with which I felt comfortable. Upon visiting Cornerstone, I was fortunate to meet Dr. Julie Hubik. I explained to her that I wanted to find an audiologist who had a personal interest in their work, and who would treat me as if they were happy to have me as a patient/customer. My experience with Cornerstone has been an exceptionally good one. I have no difficulty getting appointments convenient to my schedule, and am always treated as though my business is appreciated. Over time, I have worked with all four audiologists on staff, and have found all to be very well trained, very friendly and professional, and, I believe, sincerely interested in helping me with my hearing issues.
