When I had to call him with a question on a Saturday, he called me back within five minutes of being paged since it was after hours. My scar is barely noticeable too which is amazing. There was another woman at my work who had her thyroid removed around the same time by another doctor and her scar looks much worse than mine. I would highly recommend Dr. Scolaro! The man was in a hurry and missed with injections several times. Last who is office manager is unprofessional; stated that "We'd like our money back too." after the failed procedure. Mischeduled appointments; calls not returned; listening to the lady butter up to the Dr. about their vacation homes - who cares? ...other unprofessional behavior such as... Overheard her at the check out counter griping about me at counter before I went back for failed appointment. Dr. is a nice man; but the caring is not there and I'm not sure why he trusts that lady to run the show. Worth the travel and expense for competency.
