A couple of years ago, Dr. Tran sent me to an urgent care for an Xray & I was extremely surprised when he personally called me around 7pm (after hours) to ask if I was feeling better/what they diagnosed me with. Both doctors are extremely caring & passionate! In my experience, Dr. Moore, isn't nearly as compassionate as Dr. Zumaya & Dr. Tran. 10/10 recommend them as your PCP!

When I had to call him with a question on a Saturday, he called me back within five minutes of being paged since it was after hours. My scar is barely noticeable too which is amazing. There was another woman at my work who had her thyroid removed around the same time by another doctor and her scar looks much worse than mine. I would highly recommend Dr. Scolaro! Was using this facility approximately 4 months after having surgery for a separated bicep tendon and rotator cuff . Wasn't a fan of what we had to do at first (hurt like hell)but fast forward 3/4 months and I found myself looking forward to visiting with Mark during therapy. I had two identical procedures about 30 days apart. My nurses were amazing. My anesthesia was spot on during procedure 1. It was so spot on, I felt no pain AND I remembered the details of my post surgery conversation with my surgeon. (That's never happened.) I mentioned this to my anesthesiologist before procedure 2 and she pulled my chart to mimic my anesthesia from the first visit. The staff call you after your procedure to check on you too.
