When I had to call him with a question on a Saturday, he called me back within five minutes of being paged since it was after hours. My scar is barely noticeable too which is amazing. There was another woman at my work who had her thyroid removed around the same time by another doctor and her scar looks much worse than mine. I would highly recommend Dr. Scolaro! Dr Pershall ended up doing nasal surgery to open up those sinuses. Best surgery ever! He is incredibly knowledgeable and explains everything in layman's terms, using pictures to show you what's really going on.
