The people at Matador Motors are wonderful when you're buying a car and you're giving them money,…read morebut don't expect much when you walk out the door and they deposit your check. My grandson bought a car there that has had several problems, and their "service" department has made very little effort to help. Most recently, his alternator and serpentine belt died. They towed it to the garage (for a hefty fee) on Monday morning, and had still not even tried to figure out the problem on Friday. Then my grandson was told it would done on Saturday and, of course, it was done on Monday. . Several times, someone in their office would promise to check a problem and call us back; of course, the return call never came. I was amazed that they have apparently never even heard of mechanical insurance companies such as Car Shield. Does anyone know of a car repair business where the people are efficient and know what's going on?

I called and explained my issue and drove 60 miles back up there to prove to them I got the wrong size tire. They corrected the problem but I shouldn't have had to make two trips to get the correct tire the salesman that waited on me flat out lied. I dealt with Stephen and Ted the second time and they were professional and truthful, and solved my issue.
