We were on our way to the stores in the area, where parking was supposedly reserved for the businesses in the plaza we were heading to anyway. We argued with them for over an hour, and they couldn't have cared less. No understanding, no professionalism, and absolutely no willingness to help. Just a bunch of people hiding behind parking signs while aggressively looking for opportunities to tow cars and collect money. It's honestly pathetic. Their entire business seems to revolve around waiting for people to make the smallest mistake so they can swoop in, tow their car, and squeeze money out of them. And targeting college students who can't afford to randomly lose hundreds of dollars makes it even worse. If you live, work, or go to school anywhere near the Overton, BE CAREFUL. These people are clearly watching the lots like vultures waiting for someone to slip up. Worst towing company experience imaginable. Absolutely shameless and predatory. I drive a tour bus for a country artist. This morning unfortunately when we were leaving the hotel,…read morethe bus batteries were dead. I reached out to Read Raider for a quick jump which I knew would be expensive. However, unfortunately, it's one of those things you have to do from time to time. I was told they'd be to me in 30 minutes. The shop was seven minutes away. When I called back an hour and a half later, I was told the driver was on the way. Listen I get it sometimes things happen and you can't be there as quick as you thought. This is not the issue, however. A tour bus like many large vehicles are a 24 V system. Which was identified to them when I called. You have to have a 24 V system or a 24 V jump box to jump that vehicle. Upon the drivers arrival, I asked him if he had a 24 V jump box he said no, but he could do it off of the little truck. I let him do his thing after an hour of him trying he started taking the batteries apart and trying to charge the batteries separately. Which was not working at all. I told him to stop doing what he was doing and we had to figure out how to jump this 24 V system. We were on a time crunch. We were working on three hours at this point from the time of call. After you tubing and googling, he came to the conclusion he couldn't do it. He then tells one of my crew members he's headed back to the shop to grab the 24 V jump box. After him not showing back up for a half hour and no one answered my phone calls. I made a phone call and was able to find someone that could come jump me off and it only took 30 seconds to do it. If you can't do something, don't say you can if you're having issues, just be honest, wrecker companies, and roadside assistance, tow companies, such as these give all tow companies a bad name this I know due to being a tow operator that runs heavy in another part of the state and have been a tow operator for a very credible company for 15 years on the side when I'm not driving buses. It's unfortunate people like this exist. I would not recommend this company to one person. Please choose another company before using this one.

We called and explained we needed a reprogram for keys & parameter reset due to putting in a new…read morebody control module. They sent out a tech who couldn't do the job because he doesn't have his own NAFTA password and didn't have the proper equipment. We had to put the old body control module back into the vehicle & program the keys to the it, since he couldn't do the parameter reset. The old body control module has water damage, which was why we did the repair! So it wasted our time & our customer's time. When we asked the tech why he didn't bring what was needed he said "the boss doesn't let that stuff leave the shop." He then told us we could call and let them know when the vehicle would be in Lubbock and they could program the keys and do a parameter reset to the new body control module...... At a DISCOUNT. Really?! I called for a specific job to be done, was assured it could be done, then had to reverse the repair in order to have keys work for the vehicle and instead of offering to fix the mistake or the unpreparedness that cost our customer & us time and money free to make the mistake right, we get offered a discount?! When I asked for the boss's name we were told Josh, but if you call and ask for him, you'll probably be told he's on a run, he doesn't answer calls because of telemarketers.....
