Was told the only way to do that was online since it was ordered online. Called T-Mobile and was told they could do it in store but were probably just too lazy to do so. Got it cancelled on the phone and was told to drop it off at the store and all I needed was the order cancellation number. Went to the store and they said I had to take it to the ups store and I told him that he was incorrect because the first thing it said I could do was take it to the store and give them the cancellation number. They inform me that they didn't do that and wanted the telephone number for the 5G home Internet device which I didn't have. nor did they try to look up the account that it was tied to that telephone number. Absolutely the most unhelpful bunch of people in the store that I have ever encountered. Neither one of them got up out of their seat to greet me or to help me. sorry excuse for a business. Now I have the telephone number to go back to the store, but I am now afraid that they will damage the equipment and therefore I would get charged for it. I have been at this store at least three times and the service is always the same.

I was helped quickly, I explained to the young lady that I had just purchased this phone, case and screen protector in Evansville Saturday due to my phone being stolen there and asked if they could help with the cracked screen protector. She said they could not help and I would have to order a replacement on line. I asked how to do that, she said to just scan the code on the box. I let her know that I did not have the box and asked if there was anything that could be done. Her reply was " I don't know why you are upset with me over something you did by cracking your screen protector!! So when I did contact him I was told that it could not b fixed. So I asked him to please return it to me by mail, he said yes he could. Well here it is a year later and never received my phone, a call explaining why or what happened. I've tried contacting him many many times and they tell me he's not in. My phone screen started acting up and so I took it to him. He replaced the screen and I thought it was working, but he had made one small mistake that kept me from making calls. I got a hold of him and he went WAAAAY above and beyond to make it right. Long story short, he drove all the way out to my home to hand deliver the phone so I wouldn't have to make the hour round-trip back to pick it up. He fairly priced and explained everything to me and was able to replace the port without further cracking the slight crack I had in the corner, saving me hundreds of dollars on a phone repair.
