Got it cancelled on the phone and was told to drop it off at the store and all I needed was the order cancellation number. Went to the store and they said I had to take it to the ups store and I told him that he was incorrect because the first thing it said I could do was take it to the store and give them the cancellation number. They inform me that they didn't do that and wanted the telephone number for the 5G home Internet device which I didn't have. nor did they try to look up the account that it was tied to that telephone number. Absolutely the most unhelpful bunch of people in the store that I have ever encountered. Neither one of them got up out of their seat to greet me or to help me. sorry excuse for a business.
