The kids are always breaking game controllers or iPad screens, etc. Little did I know that my MacBook Pro would go out on me.... They replaced the logic board and put in a new battery. The plan also includes other services like at home tech installation and computer tune up or virus removal. Highly recommend!

I have a 4 year old iPhone 7 that needed battery replacement. After looking at authorized service…read moreoptions, I called Phone Todd west. He had a battery, and nobody waiting ahead of me for service and was able to do the replacement quickly. It did take an extra 40 minutes to charge enough to do function checks, but for $40.00 bucks it was reasonable. After reading the other review, I had some reservations, so we'll see how long this new battery lasts. I can always go to the authorized service center in the future, but their rating was poor. It probably depends on the technician doing the work on repair and service quality. So far, very pleased with Phone Todd's work. If I get another year out of this battery, it will be worth it to do it again rather than get a new phone and I like the series 7 as it does everything I need.

Immediately malfunctioned and now will not turn on and got super hot about an hour ago. I took it in and of course now they decide to tell me that "We can't guarantee anything will be waterproof after we work on it." Do your job and do it the right way and stop hiding behind stupid rules and clauses. Horrendous business, they clearly don't know what they're doing and refuse to take any amount of responsibility. I am now down the cost of my watch and the cost of their repair (which actually did not repair, probably would've been better off just leaving the screen cracked). Please please please save your hard earned money and take your devices somewhere else.
