After my retainer was used (one hearing) I was promised pro-bono than told I had to pay more money I did and never saw the court room again. Several months later was told to pay that same amount again for the same contempt and told the last 1500 was not for contempt however I have the text messages to prove they lied. They lied about court dates and submitting paperwork. Than withdrew for non payment after promising to honor her word and be pro bono....4k later and she withdrew and I saw a courtroom once. Had to hire another attorney who closed his practice and ran with my money. Kentucky is for the money not the child!
