Patrick Duff and his staff deserve more than five stars. They have ALWAYS been professional,…read moreefficient, and courteous in dealing with us. My wife and I had to address a difficult situation that many grandparents deal with nowadays. We had to sue for guardianship of our grandkids because of the conditions those babies were forced to live in. DCS was of no help. It is amazing what the "Dept. of Child Services" considers acceptable. No wonder so many kids suffer these days. Patrick Duff was realistic, professional, and truthful in his opinion about our case. He told us about DCS and how small the chance was that we really had a case. We showed him pictures of our grandkid's environment, and instantly his voice and tone changed to one of a concerned parent. He filed an emergency petition and the judge agreed. Our grandkids have been with since that court date (almost two years) now. Patrick has been excellent and on the ball at every turn. His staff have treated us with respect and understanding no matter how many dumb question that we have called them with. Patrick has even taken the time to call us on weekends to make sure we are ok and things are going well. He has even called on the weekend to answer our questions. He is the hardest working lawyer that I ever met. I never care much for lawyers until I met Patrick. Most lawyers (even the good ones) never seem to truly care about the situation that their clients are in. PATRICK DUFF DOES CARE!!! The expense of his services has been worth every penny. My wife and I would recommend Patrick Duff Law to anybody who TRUELY has need of legal representation. Patrick has never missed a lick with us. He has shown us that the legal system does still work for people seeking protection for those that can not protect themselves.
