    Beware of this business…read more I was contacted by the customer service team with a resolution that is unsatisfactory. We continue to have errors on our bill that do not match the quote we agreed to. This is fraud. There are currently errors totaling over $40 in our bill from what we are told is accurate pricing. This includes $10 being charged for Disney+ when this is supposed to be free for 6 months. We are supposed to have a discount of $23.05 per month off the cost of each phone and we are receiving only $18.04 and $18.44 off the two phones. The second iPad is supposed to be discounted $12.77 per month as part of the buy more save more bundle and it is not. We are being charged for a watch device and service that we did not receive. In addition to the above errors on our bill, we are being subject to pay for "typos" made by our sales agent. These total over $40 for an iPad that could not be bundled and a watch service that was misquoted. Again, a "typo" that will cost me over $1000 over 36 months. Did I mention FRAUD? I need to mention that word because no one in your company is concerned or seems alarmed that I signed a contract that I am now obligated to pay in order to maintain cell phone communication that I require for my livelihood and job. I expect a resolution to this issue urgently or I will be forced to take legal action. My expectation is for these items to be priced and billed at for the agreed on quote of $171.68 or be allowed to return ALL devices and ALL fees reimbursed with ownership of phone numbers to take to another carrier. Cellular sales should be ashamed of the experience my disabled Air Force veteran husband and I have had and I expect this to be made right. Telling my husband we can wait two months for a resolution is unacceptable. I highly doubt at that point your company will allow a return or satisfactory resolution. If you are hoping this will be forgotten in two months, you are sadly mistaken. This WILL be made right and I will be relentless in ensuring so.

They were also professional when another customer was being rude and started cursing at one of them, they just politely asked him to leave - directing him to customer service via phone instead so he could calm down instead of disturbing the young people in the store. Overall, a group of nice people doing their jobs. Thanks!
