A recent project involved repairing drywall in a bonus room & installing shelves, plus replacing a couple of window sashes. As usual with them, the work was top notch. Before that, they repaired my electrical outlets, installed light fixtures, and painted the walls, trim and doors in my bedrooms and hallway. Every time, they make sure to clean up prior to leaving. I've had some poor experiences with repair companies before, both with communications and with the quality of their work. I don't have these problems with Nashville Pro and will most certainly call them again when I have more things to do around the house.

From before it started to after it finished, Bryan was professional, patient, and kind. We ended up refinancing with a loan that required additional hoops for Bryan to jump through, and he was timely and thorough in all that was asked of him by the lender. Also, Bryan's initial estimate only veered when he uncovered some prior damage to the house and when we altered what we wanted, there were no surprises. The work he did was incredible. We went from a 3/1 with a tiny kitchen and no real dining space or laundry area (both were contained to the kitchen area), to a 3/2 with a massive (to us) master suite, a beautiful kitchen, a dining area, and a laundry room. In addition, he oversaw the work on new siding, new windows and flooring throughout. I'm so glad we used Bryan and have/would recommend him to anyone looking to do work on their house.

In a business where delays, miscommunication and overcharging are often common, Bryan is excellent at budgeting time and resources and absolutely trustworthy with your home and projects. During the addition build-out, his team actually discovered several issues that our original builder had done poorly and Bryan was super helpful connecting us with great sub-contractors to fix issues we wouldn't have seen until the damage was much worse. I would absolutely work with Bryan again on any home project.

We have worked with a variety of contractors and Stratton exceeds them all. Are they the cheapest in town? No. But we have learned that a cheap quote doesn't equal the pain and strife of dealing with a whole lot of issues along the way. Stratton is professional, responsive, and quality. They always did what the said they would and let us know if there are delays and issues. We did go over budget and timeframe, but that's hard not to do when you are renovating in 2021. Special shout-out to Scott the Project Manager who is the easiest person to communicate with and an all around pleasant person. Also Regina was great when handling our bills and answering questions.

They had a meeting with us to go over every detail of the contract. They go above and beyond, so don't expect them to be the cheapest...expect them to do it right. While they were at our home measuring, I mentioned that we may need a new roof. They immediately contacted a reputable roofer that they use and we got an inspection that same day.
