I thought that was a little excessive and when I asked about it, Tammy, the owner said you're more than welcome to take your business somewhere else, Well, that's what I'm going to do and I suggest if you're reading this review, you might want to think before you deal with these people tell me an attitude of arrogance. We bought a 30 year old, near 4,000 sf home a couple years ago and trusted Hopkins County Heating,…read moreAir & Electrical to replace an HVAC unit, add a whole-house dehumidifier and install a Gree split mini system on one end of the home. It was a DISASTER! In replacing a horizontal natural gas heater/air handler in the attic, they installed the wrong equipment, which caused them to run flexible ductwork to align the system that SHOULD HAVE lined right up with the original ductwork. It's a DISASTER up there, AND they left a huge mess for ME to clean up! When I complained about their work, the job manager (owner's son) told me he'd have it fixed, AND DID NOTHING!!!! Also, the dehumidifier job was soooo bad, I had to tear the flexible ductwork apart and re-tape connections all back together myself. Now, two years later, it sounded like the Gree unit was having fan issues, so I asked them back, thinking it would be covered under the five year warranty. Upon their visit, they explained this was normal operation AND JUST BILLED ME $95 for the advice, never warning me of this possibility! NEVER AGAIN! Beware of this company! I'm sorry. I have NEVER been so disappointed in a company, in all my life!

Couldn't ask for nicer young men. They answered all my questions. I had a leaky hot water heater and they found out a pipe was leaking and they fixed it promptly.
