The appointment had…read morebeen booked for over a week, and I even called the day before to confirm that everything was still on schedule. I was told we were good to go. On the day of the appointment, I spent most of the day trying to reach them and received no response. When I finally got ahold of Don, he told me the appointment had to be pushed to the next day because it was raining. The problem is that I had another contractor working outside at the same time on a different location a mile out, and the weather was perfectly fine and sunny. When I questioned this explanation, Don later stated that they were actually booked solid for the day, contradicting what he had just told me. It felt like I was being given excuses rather than an honest explanation. What made the experience even worse was that Don allegedly threatened to come to my hometown during our conversation, which I found extremely inappropriate and unprofessional. I understand that schedules can change, but customers deserve honesty, communication, and respect. This experience was disappointing and left me questioning the reliability of this company. I would not recommend them based on my experience.
