The absolute worst internet provider!! Do not sign up with these scammers! They raise the prices whenever they want and overcharge you. The Wi-Fi cuts out at least 5 times a day and stays down for hours. I called Spectrum support, but they refuse to issue a refund or lower my monthly bill--which they increased without even notifying me!!! We visited a local Spectrum store to resolve this. They admitted the price was high and promised to reduce our monthly rate from $95 to $65. However, they never followed through!!! The rate was never lowered. It's a complete bait-and-switch. They also charged me double what they quoted for moving the equipment!!! They won't give the money back. Avoid this company at all costs! read more

Spectrum is the worst ever! The Internet service always has something going on with it. The rates continue to fluctuate, even after your a customer. Spectrum just recently canceled auto pay, for whatever reason. If you had a certain monthly bill that was sustainable, it has now gone up 5/6 dollars because of auto pay cancellation. Their inconsistency is what diminishes their reputation. read more

Zakaria was AMAZING. Seriously. He said he had only been working there for a little over a month, but he is a keeper!! I came in for an internet pod and left with the internet pod AND switched over my cell service as well. He was friendly, patient, and answered all of my questions fully and confidently. He partnered with his manager on intricate details for questions that were deep in scope and I appreciated him covering all the bases. This is just another example of the top notch customer service we have always had from Spectrum. So happy to be Spectrum customers!!! read more

First off I want to start by saying my 3 star rating is in regards to my overall experience of my store visit(s) however I want to clarify my personal experience with service rep Shimore is 5 stars. This woman went above and beyond trying to resolve my issue with erasing my iPhone so I could trade it in when I purchased a new in store purchase paid in full from their store. I wasn't even her customer, I was working the the other employee from the Athens store who was there helping out 2 days ago on Saturday and she reached out to Shimore and she tried everything w/in her power to help me but my phone I was trading in wouldnt connect to Wi-Fi so I was told they would need to cancel the trad-in after I made the purchase of the new phone. I went to an Apple Store the next day who was able to erase the phone by plugging it into a computer and my mobile provider told me I had 120 days to return it as a trade in. Went back to Spectrum store the next day (2 days after purchase) to return it to keep the trade in secure and locked in. The store manager gave me such a hassle on returning it and I had to call Apple while I was in the store and put the Apple customer support manager on speaker so he could explain i did my part with having the phone erased and there's no reason why they should not take the phone etc. The store manager at Spectrum still was giving me a hard time and it wasn't until the Apple support manager told me while he was on speaker there's nothing more Apple could do in regards to Spectrum refusing to take the phone as a trade in so he suggested I call customer service to file a complaint and escalate the situation. it wasn't until THEN at that point the store manager reluctantly FINALLY said he would take the phone as a trade in etc. What should have been a simple visit to drop off the phone was so hectic. Word of advice to EVERYONE. it would be in your best interest just to go directly to the Apple Store vs dealing w/the mobile store. Apple will take care of you. I should've followed my instinct and went directly to Apple however Spectrum store is only 7 miles and 10mins away vs me driving 30mins 18 miles across town however in hindsight I would have been better off b/c I had to make 2 additional round trips to the Spectrum store so that was an additional 28 miles and 40 mins of driving and not to mention both days collectively I was on the Spectrum store almost 5 hours Sat and Mon. Shimore = 5 stars... the store manager and my overall experience dealing w/Spectrum b/c of all the hassle from the store manager = 3 stars. read more

Too predictable. I actually checked in to remind myself to add to the poor reviews. It's every bit of nightmare described in prior reviews. Literally, don't waste your time. They have no equipment to exchange for you, they don't have attentive customer service agents and they will try to upsell you on their crappy phone service. First off I want to give a tremendous hats off to Destiny...her customer service was Excellent, her energy was Amazing and she helped me out with my service as I am new to the area.(relocated from Maryland) However Spectrum internet service is HORRIBLE. I've never encountered such bad connection service. I work from home and it interferes with my job!! Large store, lazy employees. I have been into the store 3 different weeks. Each time I was told they could not help me. The last time I was returning equipment and was told only UPS could return equipment. Spectrum is wasting money paying people to sit around and turn customers away. read more

I am not sure why all of the negative feedback about this location. I understand people might not like Spectrum, but everyone at this office and the location itself is nice. It's clean and has a good system for checking people in if you are a walk in and the people working are very nice and helpful. read more

Costumer service ain't and like other comments say they never have equipment went twice for nothing. Is so simple to be nice. They are a joke don't even bother wasting your time in this store mine as well order anything online if you can. So far Spectrum have to improve in their staff for costumer service. RUN! Spectrum is horrible! $200 + for basic cable with internet that cuts off every 15-20 mins. Only offered a $6 credit what a joke.
