There was one moment where trouble encountered on the corporate end, and he called them and talked it out to fix it so that I didn't have to! He put our cases and screen protectors on for us as well. He was very friendly, engaged in casual chat with myself and my children. No one in this store made me feel like I was a bother or causing a scene with my children who had to tag along. I love the team here and I'm very glad they were here to help.
