need help with verizon smart family application. For a week now I have been trying to log into my account and it doesnt let me. I have been on hold numerous times to try and get a live agent which is almost impossible. Finally after holding for 50 minutes I get an agent who says she needs to transfer me and than disconnects me. This is ridiculous I pay for this application. I need the GPS for my sons location. God awful. No staff that will assist you. They tell you to wait while several staff people walk around and do nothing. You call the 611 number and it's puts you on hold for a ridiculous amount of time. I have seven devices and still get treated like crap. Looked on line thinking I would try again today. Says online they open at nine. Get there and the sign on the door says ten. Leave and come back at 9:30 to beat the crowd and they have opened the doors and people are in the store. Once again told wait time twenty minutes. I sit and by a miracle someone comes right over to assist me. They start to help me and want to see my drivers license which I have forgotten at home in my other pants. Manger says sorry can't help you without the license. Tell her I have had enough shit for one week. I try the 611 number again and they are happy to help me without a license. So much bullshit! After speaking with the guy from India for thirty minutes I ask him to send me the new plan to my email to review and he won't send it. Just awful service and they don't even care. read more

I don't normally do reviews but I want to let everyone know about my experience with verizon me and my husband just separated and I got approved for a phone line with them then the order was canceled so I went into the store to find out why I was told I had to call the fraud department so I did they said I had to verify my identity with pictur ID ok I can then they said I had to show proof of residency and I told them I just moved in with my granddaughter and I had nothing in my name there but I do have mail come there and I was told that is not good enough I feel just because I live with my granddaughter that I was being discriminated against my ex turned my phone off cause it was in his name read more

My husband and I opened a new account at Verizon yesterday. My husband was new to Verizon and I was already an existing customer. We were at the store for a few hours just because we had to close an AT&T account and get access to my current Verizon account and get it swapped to our new account. TYLER was the person working with us and he did an amazing job. He was able to answer our millions of questions and had a positive and professional attitude the entire time. He was also able to help several other customers while attending to our needs. He made the hours we had to spend there bearable and I can't say enough how great he was at his job! I had to go in to Verizon in the middle of a Saturday because I needed a new SIM card, which may not seem like a big deal but my anxiety told me the world was ending. Well I go in and I'm greeted pretty quickly and added to their wait list, nothing too crazy. When it was time for my turn I of course forgot my wallet at home and was terrified that I would have to get out to the back of line, however Jai was an absolute ANGEL!! She waited for me to get my wallet, was super patient and helpful while I was panicking over my phone, and was just overall super sweet. read more

read some old reviews from over a year ago about how this store has the worst customer service and takes forever and it seems nothing has changed. we went in to trade a phone today and i already knew what i wanted to get. the three employees working didn't acknowledge us for at least 30 minutes, we waited an hour to be helped for less than 5 minutes. the staff was rude and did not apologize for the long wait and lack of service. highly recommend not going here unless you're looking to get your time wasted. read more

Horrible customer service. Ordered an upgrade online and came in to pickup new device only to be put on a 3 hour waitlist. I wasn't able to wait that day, and was told the phone could be picked up Monday. When I returned Monday to pick up the order, they had cancelled my order and refused to sell me the phone until the cancellation process was completed in "a week or so". The rude representative only added to the frustration. Avoid this place, spare youself the torture. read more

Dishonest about the prices you pay. Sold us an ipad mini for $150. Sales representative bragged to another employee about "how he got us a mini for $150." We used our credit card to pay and received a receipt for $150. One month later the bill comes in for $242. They said that they never said we could purchase the mini for $150, which was a lie. Told us the receipt was not a real receipt but a "courtesy receipt." We ask that they take back the mini and refund our money. They refused. We talked to the store manager and he said we were trying to steal products and services. We called the Verizon area manager and left multiple messages to call us and he never did. It took 4 months and 2 letters to the corporate office to resolve this. They didn't respond to the first letter. It took a certified letter to get someone to call to resolve this. read more
