I asked if he could simply take the cord home with him and drop it in an envelope to me and he said that he couldn't mail anything because he lived in an apartment. I've spent a lot of money with Verizon over the years and this is an incredibly poor level of service.

Again, they call him, he goes up there, brings it home: this time it works for an hour....then quits working. Sorry, but their quality of work is trash. I paid $65 and the problem was never fixed.
