Devin W. couldn't have been more professional taking us through the significant amount of options that apparently change often. Turns out a package offered by T-Mobile was even better than the AAA option, and gave us a free year of AAA! Devin then ported over our numbers, my Apple Watch, and even processed the rebates for Netflix, Apple+ TV, and one new phone as part of the package. During the process he even answered every question on free GoGo Wi-Fi and the international access part of the program- all without skipping a beat on the equipment changeover! When he was done with that, he setup the internet 5G gateway that gives us internet at $30 a month. Pricing is locked in, and altogether we save $200 a month. He took the cable box but let the phone internet modem even though I asked him if he wanted it. He said it would be left there for the next customer. That trust was a mistake. I received a letter that we now owe Charter money for the modem . Do I feel betrayed? Yes. I have tried to resolve this with Charter but to no avail. Of course they do not know who the technician was, They cannot even trace the pickup of the cable boxes to the date it happened. But now they are threatening to hit my credit report if I do not pay. They are also using this as an excuse not to pay a $170 credit they owe me. DO NOT USE CHARTER! They are not honest.
