I asked to speak to the supervisor thinking they would make the adjustment since this is clearly a billing error. Not only did the representatives tell me the supervisor wouldn't do anything, the supervisor didn't do anything. In comparison the Internet provider we now have refunds a day of service if your Internet happens to go out for a day. It doesn't charge you for a month for one day of service. Great job Charter, no wonder everybody is leaving.

From one month to the next, my bill increased almost 100% from over $400 to over $700 (a $300 difference). Spoke to a rep regarding this and they were unapologetic stating that a notice had been included in the last bill informing customers that the rate would increase in the next 30-60 days. My services have not changed but my bills have doubled. UNETHICAL!

Unfortunately, that excitement quickly turned into disappointment. From the start, it was clear the front of the office had no idea what the back was doing. While the installation itself went smoothly, the promised 2 Gbps speed only delivered 700 Mbps up and down. After a modem swap, the speed issue was resolved -- but that's where the problems really began. We were never able to connect several wireless devices to the network, including a garage door video keypad and a relatively new smart TV. These same devices work flawlessly on our Spectrum service. Ripple sent technicians out four separate times, and not one of them could solve the issue. Their explanation? "We're still working out the kinks in the network." That's not exactly confidence-inspiring. If Ripple Fiber isn't ready for prime time, they shouldn't be charging customers to be part of their learning curve. Get your act together before you roll out service -- or don't roll it out at all. Service cancelled after 21 days

AT&T got fiber network in my area and now I wanted to disconnect service this became an issue quickly and only got worse. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and still didn't get a disconnect. They want to keep going with trying to get me to stay. Including charging me for a month in advance because that's how they bill. I will never use them again, the company is going to find them self useless with more options for internet an tv available they become less and less necessary. To stay in business they need to win with customer service and they suck at that.
