They want to keep going with trying to get me to stay. Including charging me for a month in advance because that's how they bill. I will never use them again, the company is going to find them self useless with more options for internet an tv available they become less and less necessary. When we called to cancel Direct TV, we were told we would have to pay almost $400 to end the contract! After fighting with them on the phone and getting NO HELP, we decided to pay just to end any contact with them. We were charged a full billing cycle plus a fee (no one could explain what that was) for one day of service. I asked to speak to the supervisor thinking they would make the adjustment since this is clearly a billing error. Not only did the representatives tell me the supervisor wouldn't do anything, the supervisor didn't do anything. In comparison the Internet provider we now have refunds a day of service if your Internet happens to go out for a day. It doesn't charge you for a month for one day of service. Great job Charter, no wonder everybody is leaving.
