Soon a cap was put on and I couldn't even get online to pay my bills. I was not aware that this cap would cut my usage down to almost nothing! Their promise of internet service was now a broken one as far as I was concerned. Several times I made calls to ask about this, as was told to up my coverage. I feel I was roped in to a service that was not up to standard. After my credit card was compromised, I didn't contact them to tell them because a year was up and I was just waiting to not have to use them anymore. Then I took the receiver back and talked with a lady at the desk who took down my info. She recommended someone to talk to, a Stacy. I have made numerous calls with no help and a promise to me that someone would call me back, no one ever did. I am now receiving bills for over 800$!!! When it was 600$ a person there told me I was being charged for the receiver, which I had taken back! Now it's over 800$?!! My next step will be the BBB. I have talked to Ron, Dillon and the lady at the desk who couldn't even produce a copy of my contract. Beware this company!

Just like anywhere else, some are more knowledgeable than others. When I go, I enjoy working with Deandre, Lance, and Matt W. These guys are the real deal and always make sure my needs are met. Not to say other workers aren't great as well, but these are my go to guys! Anytime you go to buy a new phone and accessories, you're gonna spend some money. With this store, they always do their best to help save you money and keep you up with current promotional deals. While some people understand these costs, others don't. Regardless of your knowledge level, the workers are great at keeping you informed about charges and fees. My only complaint....as mentioned before, not all workers are equally as efficient. I've had incidents where things were not explained to me correctly or at all. BE SURE TO ASK QUESTIONS. I also recommend finding someone you've had success with and stick with them.
