Poor communication with clients. They say they will call back in 10 minutes but seldom return call. Not easy to work with, told us there were too many customers and that slowed down the speed. We did get a discount for awhile but speed was still slower than when first purchased. Shannon seems to try do a good job with customers but his boss does not let him try to work with customers to satisfy their complaints. read more

Poor service and product. Limited internet plans only. Data caps prevent families from enjoying Internet use. Not able to stream music or movies without immediately going over data allowed for the month. I have commented on their Facebook page and asked about an unlimited, AFFORDABLE plan for families. I've received no response. Unfortunately, we live in a rural area with no other providers at this time. Come on, Big River. Please change your plans!! read more

The whole Perryville area has not had service for almost 5 weeks after a storm. That amount of time is unacceptable in today's world.
