This company cannot guarantee your requested booking time and will not Communicate that to you at the time of booking. I hired this company to do a small move for 7/30 @ 4pm. At 4:20 I had to contact this company because no one had shown up to my apartment. This company failed to communicate with me the night before to confirm the booking, failed to communicate when their employees failed to show up to a job, and failed to accurately inform me of their policy. I should have read all of the one star reviews. In my opinion this company is unprofessional and very unreliable.

You can process/charge my card the same day but can't send an email when you said you would. Interesting.) The good: the two movers that were sent did a really good job, on an almost 90-degree afternoon. They were friendly, and went as fast as they could go, although I know it was exhausting because there were a lot of stairs and that can add up, especially between two people. The bad: The owner, Ryan, could give less than two shits about his customers or his employees. When I opened the door I was shocked to see that not only were there just two movers, but the truck was TINY. Easily a truck that could be used for a one bedroom apartment. We were a two bedroom apartment. When setting up the moving appointment we established that we had a lot of boxes, heavy equipment, some basement storage items, and stairs to boot. Why in the HELL would you send a tiny crew, with a Fisher-Price truck, for that? When we originally moved to this location, we used Bellhops, which sent about 5 people. They weren't available, so we got stuck with this derelict company, where I'm assuming the reason why Ryan *claimed* to be checking for more crew members to send to the site to help out when he likely was not doing that was because he wanted to keep running up our time/money. So a job that could've taken less than 3 hours if you'd sent enough people with the right equipment, took about 4 and a half hours (from 10am to 2:40pm-- the crew was approximately one hour late arriving to our apartment), and we didn't even get everything out of the apartment because it wouldn't fit in the little truck! So we STILL have to rent some equipment to move the rest our damn selves. For all this, Ryan was all too happy to run my card for $500 and despite saying he would send the receipt to my email, I've yet to actually receive it. Which is most unfortunate because I would absolutely love to see where $500 came from. As of right now, after I was told the hourly going rate and the price per crew member, it seems that I was overcharged by about $100. Easily the worst moving experience I've ever had. Moving in general is already stressful and irritating, so the last thing anyone wants is to deal with THIS kind of shady behavior. Again, I will update the star count/review when one of us hears back from Ryan.
