Was here on business from the west coast, had a problem with my laptop so I went to the first place i could find online in the area, big mistake! Kinney Kare they are a complete rip off and do 1/2 shotty jobs. Laptop was brought in for repair and they charged me 2x as much as someone else down the street. Got it back and it didnt take no more than 2 days for it to go bad. Took the laptop to their competition and low and behold they told us the exact opposite of what KinneyKare said. Found out the motherboard wasnt even the right one put in, some knock off USED and KinneyKare had the gawl to charge me full list price as a new one. The second his competition put in a new board, luckily they had a spare onsite, took them no more than 25 minutes before everything was up and running. The guy was so nice that he charged me only $50 completed to the $399 KinneyKare wanted to rip me off. Will be filing a credit card chargeback against Kinneykare! Total rip off! read more

Josh Kinney is nothing but a 2 bit thief that will do anything to steal products from people he does business with. People that walk into his computer store should know that they may have stolen computer parts in their system.s What this thief does is buy computer parts online and the second he gets paid for them, he will contact his credit card company and file disputes. He will go so far as to lie to his own bank and make up whatever story anyone would believe. When he knows he has the item, he will continue to dispute things. He knows how the credit card chargeback process, because he has done this to many online vendors. I am blown away by this company. Price was competitive and the service was far better than the last computer repair store I went to. I had a virus removed and screen replaced on my HP laptop. Josh gave me a bundled deal without me even asking. He treated me well and his communication throughout the process was perfect.
