Recently I was in need of supplies for my trailer that would serve to tow a motorcycle from So MO…read moreto St Louis and fortunately I found Larry the owner and his team at DeSoto trailer sales. Larry, a rider himself, was excellent in helping me secure a bike with the correct straps and methodology, which doesn't seem like much but one wrong move can cost you thousands if your bike falls in transport. While I was on his lot, I noticed a trailer that was priced right. After he had taken about 40 minutes with me to get my bike supported on my current trailer I asked to see his trailer. I had to ask as he was not pushy at all and I was impressed with his knowledge and attitude. He was well educated in all aspects of his profession. Upon leaving his dealership that day, I then made a call to where I had gotten my current trailer and traded it back to them and procured the Stealth enclosed Aluminum trailer from Desoto Trailer Sales . Larry went over a sheet of information at delivery of the Stealth and had the trailer prepped for me upon my arrival. Mark and Darren, his mechanics even fabricated a few parts to help with securing my bike chock to the floor of the new unit. If you are looking for a professional staff with excellent pricing and will even provide their cell phone number for direct contact, then Larry and his team should warrant your consideration. I thank them and look forward to future business with this group. Anyone can sell a trailer, but do they have the experience of this staff and the owner, I doubt it.

First was greeted by an associate , very nice man, I had purchased a pair of jeans and have bought…read morethem for a while, their wear great and very durable and hold up well, but they were running a sale on them so I went in and purchased three pair new but the same pants, same size wouldn't fit so went in to exchange them but had trouble finding next size to fit me It took three of four different sizes, and employee little lady restocking and straightening out all sizes, very nice, smiling, friendly and she told me stand to stand by and went to the storeroom and returned with the perfect size, she was so nice, kinda unusual in today's stores, she truly went out of her way to assist me then the young man at the check out, very nice, friendly and also smiling,two great employees I was fortunate to meet on one trip. This is a ery nice store, has so many items, in a ery nice store well organized and the lady in Jean Rea was employee JudySmith, very nice employee. If you haven't been there you really need to stop by and just do a walkabout. You'll find something to buy, I'm sure. Very nice store

I ordered nearly $400 of material online for curbside pickup. The order was placed at 6am at 8am I…read morereceived an email stating order was ready for pickup. Arrived that evening and parked where indicated, called store and they said they would be right out. 20 minutes later went into store and they said we can't find your order. I asked the young lady at customer service how this could happen and got an epic shoulder shrug. Meanwhile they tell me the person putting my order together is new and is having trouble finding things. So that's exactly what I would do put a new guy on it. After over an hour with more help from me the customer gathering my order I was loaded and left. Not a good experience, how can you state an order is ready but is not???
