AT&T got fiber network in my area and now I wanted to disconnect service this became an issue quickly and only got worse. I spent 30 minutes on the phone and still didn't get a disconnect. They want to keep going with trying to get me to stay. Including charging me for a month in advance because that's how they bill. I will never use them again, the company is going to find them self useless with more options for internet an tv available they become less and less necessary. To stay in business they need to win with customer service and they suck at that.

I received a letter that we now owe Charter money for the modem . Do I feel betrayed? Yes. I have tried to resolve this with Charter but to no avail. Of course they do not know who the technician was, They cannot even trace the pickup of the cable boxes to the date it happened. But now they are threatening to hit my credit report if I do not pay. They are also using this as an excuse not to pay a $170 credit they owe me. DO NOT USE CHARTER! They are not honest.
