The customer service in this store is aggravating, especially Business account. Everything was great when they were selling products and offering a bunch of promotions. DON'T even try going to the EASLEY store for help, explanations or anything regarding your account. They know nothing about anything. It's a WAIST of your time! It is like a ping pong battle between the store and customer service phone line, nobody knows, nobody helps. I am extremely dissatisfied and disappointed with Verizon! read more

I had an excellent customer service visit. So I previously have not had great experiences and have rated them low. This visit was a different experience. This time I felt like they were trying to be as helpful as possible in finding the best options for replacing a phone. They were patient in answering my questions. We went into Verizon today to buy a Google Pixel 2 and get it unlocked so we could use it with another carrier. Verizon and Google are the only 2 retailers of this phone. Verizon was unwilling to sell us the phone and unlock it without putting us through the process of signing up for a pay as you go plan or some other BS. I have had Verizon as a carrier before and left them for MVNO providers because of their constantly raising taxes and fees each month. I am highly dissatisfied and would put a rating of 0 if I could. This is very much a buyer beware post. read more

This is a terrible store. You go in just to buy a phone and they literally won't let you out until you've bought a bundle of other things that you didn't want or need. When I said I could buy the same things on Amazon for a fraction of the price, they flipped out and went on and on about their lifetime warranties--on screen protectors of all things! Like who would keep the same screen protector for life! But it was still b.s. as Amazon had the same thing listed for $5.99 that they were trying to charge $39.99 for, with the same lifetime warranty. And then they sold me a cover that doesn't even have a hole for the audio port. My friend bought one on Amazon that does have the hole and paid $8.99 compared to my $14.99. If you are firm with them maybe you will escape without paying twice as much as you anticipated paying when you went in. They use such heavy handed tactics, though. They even get two sales people (and manager) to bombard you with supposed deals at the same time, even when you say you don't need any accessories (they insist that you do!) And they get mad at you when you don't go along with them. read more

If I could give this store a zero I would. We came in as a family of four and had a really good rep but she was constantly interrupted by other reps and management, which made our transaction much longer than needed. I actually felt sorry for her because I could feel the tension between the store employees. The management sucks and every time they get a good rep, they seem to leave, which I don't blame because it's awful the way they're treated. Management get it together or watch your store go under as we have in the last few years we've been coming there. read more

The management of this Verizon corporation store was runned horribly. The sales associates lacked professionalism and of all the Verizon stores I have attended from Virginia to South Carolina, this was by far the worst one I have attended. All I needed was a free sim card to my samsung core prime since my phone currently cannot take any phone calls, but the sales associate that spoke with me was selfish and said she could not give me one because I was not authorized to my own cell phone. Not only that she could not even tell me how to block numbers off my phone without my mother's permission. I was harrassed by five different numbers these past three days and it was off of my phone. Other premium stores in the upstate involving the one off of White Horse Rd, did not involve my mom while this corporate store did. Please do not waste your time driving off to Calhoun Mem Hwy in Easley, you will be better off driving thirty minutes further than attend this corporate store full of idiocracy. read more

Ordered an I Phone from the web. Had it shipped to my house. The IOS system on this phone had a glitch and needed to be exchanged (per the Verizon rep I talked to on the phone). I went by the store and the sales associate said because I had bought from the Web, they could not help me. Had to exchange from the web. Not knowing any different, I took it as the truth until I finally got a hold of an associate from Verizon again on the phone and she told me that was a lie. She sent me to the Congaree Road store and the manager ( Mike ) helped with no problem in exchanging our phone. read more

One Talk from Verizon - BUYER BEWARE! My business has used the One Talk system for a few months. On a Monday, our busiest day, we realized the phone was not ringing. We called the main business line and found the line was dead, the call wasn't going through. We use Google adwords and other pay per click marketing that result in some leads costing up to $30 per call. Although we were paying for the calls, the calls were not getting through. We called Verizon and technical support said they fixed the issue. The next day we realized some calls were still not getting through. Again we called technical support, which told us there was a switching issue. They informed us a ticket would be put in to resolve the issue. They didn't seem to grasp the urgency this needed to be resolved. All together our phone service was interrupted for three days. This morning I meet with a Rep in the Upstate SC area. He informed me a trouble ticket was still open and he would credit our account $25. If you are a business owner reading this you can appreciate the impact of your phone system not working for three days, compounded by marketing cost not being converted into sales. If you are thinking about the Verizon One Talk System please do your homework. This new one talk system apparently has bugs to be worked out and Verizon seems to think $25 makes up for three days of downtime. read more

Been with Verizon since before Verizon was Verizon, obviously there is new staff with the new location in Easley. Brooke was horrible and RUDE! She needs to take lessons from Jason and Josh on customer service. She was loud and embarrassed my 77 year old father because he doesn't understand the technology she was pushing on to him. We have 5 lines with Verizon and after years and years of service we now have zero! What a shame to treat your elderly long time customers so badly. Shame on you Brooke Mccarsen read more
