Unfortunately, the place where I made the purchase from was not helpful, so I decided to seek help elsewhere. I found Computer Doc thru an online search, and I am SO thankful that I did! John is the owner, and he responded promptly to my call. I deeply appreciated that he actually listened to me (very hard to find these days!) explain the issues the computer was having, and also regarding the unfortunate experience I had with the store I purchased the computer from. He was able to fix the problems right away, and for a reasonable rate. But the best part is that my computer is now working beautifully! This is such a blessing because I am a small business owner, and this is the middle of holiday season. If I could give Computer Doc a 10-Star rating, I would! I brought all of…read moremy documents in a thumb drive and was able to use the self service printers for most documents. It was simple and fast. A few documents I needed on cardstock (I brought my own) so I asked the lady working to help me with it and she did. She was very nice and got the job done quickly and I was very happy with the result. Both ladies working were attentive to customer needs. My only wish is that they'd get better paper cutters... it's so hard to cut lots of duckers evenly without a good one and scissors just don't do the trick. Otherwise a great location with all the necessities.
