Stood there for an hour without even talking to someone. Three workers were helping three people with three people waiting in front of me, multiple people came in and left when they saw how many people were waiting, and after an hour of waiting myself, I left. It seemed like life stories were being shared while others were being helped. The phone rang for about 2 minutes at one point before someone answered. At least put some sort of check-in system in so people can know estimated wait times. Thanks for wasting an hour of my life. read more

One star for the AT&T Store in Easley. My mother's phone would not receive incoming calls and it did not have dial tone. An associate told my brother he only needed two pieces of identification to have her phone fixed. He had two pieces of identification. They then tell him they could not accept that, that my mother needed to come there in person. My mother is 87 yrs. old and they had her come to that store in the middle of a pandemic for some foolishness. Shame on you Easley AT&T, you care nothing about your customers. read more

bought a new phone from Marian - she did an excellent job making phone and plan suggestions, saved me a lot of money, and was very thorough as far as activating and updating the phone, then transferring the data from the old phone - 10/10 would recommend read more

Please do not come here. Literally go to any other AT&T store. Went in to upgrade my sister's phone, and the associate bragged that he always has his customers out in 15 minutes, and she would be good as long as she didn't leave with that busted phone. Well guess what...we left 4 hours later, 1 hour after closing, with that busted phone because he accidentally added an extra phone to the account and couldn't figure out how to undo it. All the while he kept calling the AT&T customer service/help desk lines and speaking extremely rudely to the people trying to help. He and his associate then said there was nothing else they could do and swore the manager would call us back the next morning with a solution. Shockingly enough, the manager never called. We had to call every single day, were always told we would get a call back shortly, and the manager finally gave me a call on Friday. Plot twist, the other associate was the manager! He lied about it while we were in the store. We tried our best to be patient and understanding, especially after they told us multiple times they were all brand new. But honestly, they don't care about their customers, don't take any accountability, and have no idea what they're doing. read more

I went for help with my phone that suddenly stopped working properly. After several attempts to troubleshoot, the phone was deemed unfixable. The associates went over my options for getting into another phone that day. Unfortunately, the account is in my husband's name and he wasn't there. The associate patiently waited for my husband and I to make the addition. The store was closing while waiting for AT&T to update my info, but the associate never made me feel rushed - but rather continued to refresh his system for an additional 20 minutes after closing. I made the decision to leave and come back the next day, but was never pushed by the associates to do that. I found the staff to be very knowledgeable, friendly, helpful, and patient. read more
