This should have been a simple thing to find and fix, so I'm really not sure how all the techs managed to miss this. I also suspect that they were disrespectful because were not men, and it really felt like they were gaslighting us during our conversations.

Hargray, on the other hand, shut off our internet without contacting us at all 2-days after the bill was due. We only found out the next morning while trying to log onto our respective Zoom calls. We were met with an unsympathetic customer service rep who told us "Pay the bill & we will turn your internet back on!" After 3 hours, we were back on line.
