Second, I have never encountered friendlier people at a cable/internet store. The manager opened the door for me, greeted me nicely, and checked me in. The girl, Cassandra, who helped me was very kind as well. Even though I came here to end my service, I was happy with the Internet and cable I had through Charter overall.

So before anyone questions the number of stars this review is for the Charter store at the Grove…read moreand has nothing to do with the home service they provide. This store has been set up for success with the way it has been laid out. Two times I have been in this location. The first time they had somebody greeting when I walked in the door and made sure that you knew to check in at the kiosk. The second time there were only a few customers in the store and they didn't have anyone greeting people. Got checked in and only had a couple minute wait. Once my name was called the staff was very friendly and attended to my needs. Even checked my account to see if there were any promotions I could be taking advantage of. Quick process to get completed with full instruction sheet provided to make sure I knew how to do anything I needed to once I got home. Also, as you wait they have TV's set up so you can watch something while you are waiting for your turn. So much better than the typical get in line and wait that you typically experience at this type of store front. Four star review is very well deserved when comparing this to other stores of this type.
