Tons of space and lots of machines. It is not a commercial big box gym, more niche. They have a nice boxing area in the back and a cute kids zone. The group workout room was a nice size. The only downfall is there is no stage for the instructor. We couldn't see them unless they milled around the room, which they did. We registered in advance and get notices about events happening at the gym.

Buyer Beware -- Read the Billing Terms Carefully…read more First, I want to say that SPENGA has an awesome workout. The instructors are great, the staff is friendly, and I genuinely enjoyed going to the gym. Unfortunately, billing transparency is the reason I canceled my membership. When you enroll, they explain that payments are made every 28 days (four weeks). What I don't feel is clearly explained verbally is that a 28-day billing cycle results in 13 payments over a 12-month period, rather than the 12 payments you would have with traditional monthly billing. That means the actual annual cost is higher than what many people may initially perceive when they hear a monthly membership price. Yes, the 28-day billing cycle is stated in the contract, and I acknowledge that I should have read the agreement more carefully. However, I believe this is something that should be clearly explained upfront by the GM whom I was working with, or sales staff so customers fully understand the financial commitment before enrolling. I have worked in sales myself, and I understand that sales are sales. But I also believe transparency is important when you're asking someone to commit to a membership. For me, the issue isn't the workout or the people, I actually really liked both. It's the lack of transparency around the billing structure. In my opinion, that was enough for me to cancel and take my business elsewhere. Aside from no one calling back to explain this and having a staff member, telling me it's part of my contract. Poor customer service. It's not what you say, it's how you say it. If you're considering joining, my advice is simple: ask specifically how often you'll be charged and how many payments you'll make in a full year. If 13 payments instead of 12 doesn't bother you, that's completely fine. But if it matters to you, make sure you understand the billing cycle and total annual cost before signing up. Buyer beware, read the contract, and ask questions.

There are two big lifting rigs, a huge empty space for work outs, two great storage rooms, and even another room in the back I didn't get to explore. The box has four beautifully clean showers. The shop is huge and has a lot of great things to buy. -Cleanliness Everything is so clean and organized. Each weight is put away, each workout instrument has its own spot, and there is no danger of tripping or getting confused about where to go/where to find something. Every member that I saw wipes down everything they used, and everything was well-maintained. -Friendliness I'm not sure why someone on here said they didn't feel welcomed-- That was a huge plus for me here. I felt very welcomed. Members approached me and spoke to me and asked me about my history with Crossfit. The coach, Sharon, was so nice and welcoming and paid close attention to me during the WOD. I even got a shout of encouragement from a member I hadn't spoken to during the workout--everyone encouraged each other. The coach pushed me to work harder. This box gets five stars for cleanliness, spaciousness, and friendliness. And, honestly, the showers are a HUGE plus! They have a 12pm class, so you can run over during your lunch break and shower up before going back to work. The workout that I did was great too, though I've only been to one course at this gym.

The studio was large enough for a big group and they charged 20.00 admission which was donation. The class was not open for members, you had to register and they checked tickets. This was a great cause and we had a blast. They also had a table with samples and giveaways and also raffles which we won a couple. Nice job EOS. Parking was good too, surprisingly because the lot tends to fill up at times.

1/5 - WARNING! THINK 10 TIMES BEFORE JOINING EōS FITNESS!…read more Signing up is easy, but getting out feels almost impossible! I personally went to EōS Fitness and canceled my membership. They told me I would still have to pay for one additional month after cancellation. Although I wasn't happy about it, I accepted this condition, and that final payment was collected. I thought I was finally done with EōS Fitness and would never have to deal with them again. BUT I WAS WRONG! This month, EōS Fitness withdrew another $97.40 directly from my bank account through ACH, even after my membership had been canceled and the additional month's payment had already been collected! Today, I called their customer service number to resolve this issue. Instead of reaching a real person, I was connected to an AI assistant named Ella. It repeatedly told me it would transfer me to a customer service representative, but the transfer never worked. I couldn't even speak to a real person about money being taken from my account! THIS IS ABSOLUTELY OUTRAGEOUS! When you sign up for EōS Fitness, you authorize ACH withdrawals from your bank account. Based on my experience, that authorization feels like giving them unlimited access to your money. Even after canceling your membership and paying the required final month, you may still find unexpected withdrawals from your account. How are customers supposed to stop these charges when they can't even reach a real customer service representative? I feel completely trapped by this company's billing practices. I canceled my membership, paid what they told me I owed, and yet they are still taking money from my account. MY WARNING TO EVERYONE: THINK VERY CAREFULLY BEFORE JOINING EōS FITNESS! You may be able to sign up in minutes, but getting them to stop charging your bank account can turn into a nightmare. I deeply regret ever giving this company authorization to withdraw money directly from my bank account. EōS Fitness needs to stop charging my account, refund my $97.40, and provide written confirmation that no further payments will be collected. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend this gym to anyone. STAY AWAY FROM EōS FITNESS IF YOU VALUE YOUR MONEY AND YOUR PEACE OF MIND!

Finally, a powerlifting gym in the Stafford area! Iron cowboy is tucked away in a plaza right off…read moreof Murphy Road. Right when you walk in there is the check-in desk on the right and two treadmills on the left. There are also Monster & Reign energy drinks for you to purchase if you forget your preworkout. If I recall correctly, Iron Cowboy has 6 racks and 5 deadlift platforms. The barbells, plates, and many of the equipment are all brand new! I also love the details on the equipment featuring Deathgrip Derek's logo. As for accessories, it is a little limited but you can definitely get the basics done with the machines available. It does get a little crowded in the evening time since that's when most people work out but the members are all kind enough to work in together. Speaking of kind, I got to meet the owners Derek and Maggy- they were both very welcoming and I am super excited for their ideas on expanding the gym in the near future!
