I went to probably 16 chiropractors and doctors before and none of them could resolve my chronic back pain but after just 5 sessions here I could sleep straight through the night with ZERO pain in my back. I can deadlift 315 pounds and do 245 pound back squats. I can leg press 675 pounds for sets of 10 and I can run up a flight of stairs with no issue. Shortly afterward, that location closed, so the service was never provided. When I reached out to resolve it, I was told I could receive the treatment at their new location, which is significantly farther away for me. Since the missed service resulted from staffing issues on their end, it felt unfair that all the inconvenience and extra travel would fall on me. That said, I did like the doctor and felt the office was generally professional and personable throughout the process, which is why I hoped the situation would be handled differently.
