When I asked them to provide me a copy of the paperwork that I signed before I had the procedure, they refused to give it to me insisting I could not get anything unless a doctor requested it. Mona herself even accused me of acting 'entitled' as if it were a dirty word to be entitled to a piece of paper with your own name on it. And at no point despite all of the above did they even offer to refund my money. Which was a nice chunk of change.

East Memphis location off poplar that's really convenient when I'm out and about running errands. There's also plenty of parking as an added bonus! The office is so adorable without being too small or largely overwhelming and it's just the perfect size in my opinion. I love that she carries Obagi products and explains exactly what kind of regimen I should be on -- and of course I don't hate having sponsored products either?? She did Dermaplane facial that left my skin smooth and exfoliated; another time she did Acne peel facial when I had an unusual stress / cystic acne break out from hormonal acne and it helped my skin and avoiding scarring tremendously! The Hydrafacial makes my pores feel so clean and I love the way my skin glows after the fact. I love getting to see Dr. Kris whenever I can!

That said, my skin took a turn for the worst. Dark, overly thick skin that needed exfoliating, shades away from my neck and chest. Mind you, I WAS DOING ALL of this (cleaning, toning, exfoliating and moisturizing) but apparently using the wrong products AND there is obviously a such thing as over moisturizing that can prevent the skin cells from turning over properly. Long story, long. Aisha got my face SNATCHED!!! It took time, money and discipline. This is not Chick-fil-a. I had a series of Collagen Pen treatments, peels, Dermablading, and more, and of course the right products for MY SKIN (not a one size fit all counter product). I say ALL of this to say, you're a DAMN fool if you don't try her or think she doesn't know her stuff. This is her craft, expertise and can do it in her sleep. How do I KNOW, because I'm a product of her work when someone else messed it up. Good luck and won't be disappointed. If you are it's because your just a "Negative Nancy or Nate."

After a year of seeing her, I came to my appointment to have another nurse there who Krystal told me was going to do part of my procedure. Krystal said she was in training and would oversee her work. Well, Krystal left the room!! And the new nurse with her shaky hands injected me with toxin, literally apologizing with each shot. It was a horrible experience that ended with me in an ER with a drooping eye and mouth and horrific migraine. When I texted them the damage they'd done, they reminded me this was a side effect. I went back to the office like a dummy where that same incompetent, new injector was with a new nurse ready to inject my face again. It was a very traumatic experience that led to long term facial paralysis of almost two years. I know Botox has negative effects but leaving me alone with a nervous, new, apologetic injector definitely contributed to my situation. I think of her poor practice every time I see my face in the mirror. Please avoid.

The team members are knowledgeable on the materials and chemicals they use, why they work, and why one may be superior to another. When I say "nobody should know I had this done but me", Katie, knows exactly what I mean.
