My hair looked terrible and the treatment was ineffective. The treatment costed me $300 and the hair stylist would refrain from giving me any refund. I even spoke to the Salon Owner Teresa C. Kaczmarek and she told me that Christy works for herself and the salon cannot take any ownership. I tried calling Christy and she would not take my calls. I went to the salon to speak to her in person, she made me wait for nearly an hour and when I asked her to speak to me for few minutes, she was very rude and was ignoring me and would walk around in her salon. She did not have any courtesy to talk and take any responsibility and behaved very unprofessionally. Christy kept blaming the owner and said that the owner Teresa should refund the money back to me. The owner Teresa told me that Christy works for herself and should take responsibility to refund me the money. I am sure that the products used were not suitable for the said treatment and hence was not effective. I have registered a Consumer complaint against Christy with the "Better Business Bureau" and "TN Board of Cosmetology". The salon will soon have an inspection and Christy's license should be revoked for few days, so that she can learn from her mistake and is an example for other stylists too to be ethical. I just want to get refund of my $300 that I spent on my hair treatment; as it is my hard earned money and can't let it go for negligence by the hair stylist. Liz was nice at first - warning me when she would use more painful laser wavelengths to penetrate deeper - but then she said "I want to see your pain tolerance and see what your skin can handle" Liz blistered me. The appointment stopped soon as she hurt me. She zapped large veins that I did not ask to be treated - it was incredibly painful and I could feel my vein rupture.
