What an experience! I was given a gift certificate from my husband for our 50th wedding anniversary…read moreand my 70th birthday. I was greeted immediately upon entering the door. I had booked a massage and a facial. I was booked with Amber first who came out before I finished my paperwork. Waited patiently. The room and music was part of this wonderful experience. Why didn't I do this before? I don't know but I should have 30 years ago when I was a ER nurse. It would have been a great addition for the sore body I endured for 40 years. The young lady who who did my facial was kind with a relaxing atmosphere. The best first time ever. I definitely will be back. Already to book another visit. Collierville Spa you got my vote for the best spa mastery a person can experience. Thank you

I drove from…read moreout of town today to use it & was told because it was an "older" gift card that it was no longer valid. They even had a master list & were able to look up my gift card with my name & information. I still have the actual gift card- which AGAIN HAS NO EXPIRATION DATE LISTED. I think it is RIDICULOUS to not honor this gift card! I won't recommend this spa to anyone. Their employees are not friendly and the management is TERRIBLE! They didn't have a problem taking my cash for the card- but can't honor it now? THIS IS THEFT! They stole $75 from me and I will be reporting them to the BBB & leaving negative reviews on every platform until my gift card is honored. PLEASE DO NOT GET SCAMMED FROM SPA COLLIERVILLE LIKE I DID. Do not purchase gift cards or ANY services from Spa Collierville! They will not honor gift cards and make up that they have expiration dates. SCAMMERS! THIEVES!! LIARS!! UPDATE: Company responded with a false allegations that I was disruptive in their clinic- but when asked for video evidence they could not prove it. So they also tried to slander me and have opened themselves up for legal consequences . Admit you are scam artist and liars. Don't you dare tell me I was rude or disruptive because I wasn't. Be careful because I would win in a civil suit . make sure you stay the facts and not more lies and BS . You still have time to make it right and I will correct my reviews and revise my complaint. I just want products what my card was purchased for. You obviously can't refund my credit card because it is expired. That was foolish to offer since we both know that can't be done. I am willing to buy product and spend extra $ if you honor the card

I came to BYMS during summer. I wanted information on body sculpting. I had health issues in the…read morepast and needed to loose 15lbs after being diagnosed with thyroid desease. I was not overweight but I was not happy with the extra 15lbs in my body. Once I started my medication, life changing style and exercise and I met my weight goal. I notice my abdomen area needed work. I tried the exercises to tone up but it was not working. I assumed it was also my previous pregnancies that had to play a role on my abdomen. I came around BYMS on Yelp and google. I decided to schedule a free consultation. The owner saw me, explained about body sculpting and I truly liked that she was real honest about this not being a magic potion. That it was not targeted for overweight people but to those who needed help in certain areas of their body. She explain to me that I was a perfect candidate. I weight 120lbs when I started. Now I weight 115. And the final results are not done yet. I did two body sculpting sessions and by the end of October I should see more improvements in my area. I'm a truly satisfied customer!!
