I'm not someone who typically goes out of my way to give a poor review, but I thought this guy went out of his way to give me such a hard time, he earned it. Originally I called him over a year ago. He scheduled my appointment for about two months out, and I followed up with him a few days before the scheduled service day to confirm. I took the day off and he never showed. I eventually hired another company that did a great job the first time around. This guy reaches out telling me he wanted to earn my business, and he had a rough patch prior, and wanted to make it up to me. I thought he meant it I scheduled him. He came out and did a poor job. That's not the worst. There was cursing and shouting, he also wanted to charge me more than what he originally quoted. I had handed him a check, that he claims to have lost in a matter of seconds. He threw my screens on my living room floor, and claimed I didn't want to pay him...He stormed off shouting, mind you, I live in a townhome and sounds echo through the parking. I really don't know how he has such good ratings. It was a horrible, and embarrassing experience. I'm sure he'll find the check and cash it. I'm not the kind of person to cancel a payment, so I'll eat my loss, since I'll have to hire someone to get rid of the water spots. I thought I was doing him a favor by giving him my business and it came back to haunt me. So disappointed. read more

I was listing my home for sale and I couldn't find the name of the last window washer who did my house. My agent said she had someone she had used and arranged it for me. She even let him into my home to do the work. I had already had the detailed clean, so she told him to make sure he didn't leave a mess. When I walked up to my home the first thing I saw was a broken screen, next to the front door. Although my screens were not brand new, most were redone in 2013 when I purchased this home. As I walked around to view the other windows, the young man who was hired walked around the corner and asked me what I thought of his great job. I looked at the screen and said what happened to the screen. He got irate and said he didn't break it. That all my screens were old and broken. I told him I knew that screen wasn't broken because I had weeded under it that morning. I don't have kids in my house, and I have one neighbor who is 80, so no kids anywhere around. He said he took pictures before he started. I said good, then show me the screen was broken. He said 'I don't have to show you shit!' I was shocked. Honestly, after his comment about all my broken screens, I expected to find them all damaged. To my happy surprise, this was the only frame broken. However, his bizarre behavior didn't end with that. He went over to my boyfriend who was mowing and demanded he pay him for the job. Dropping the f-bomb. Keep in mind, we hadn't even looked at the job. I own my home. My boyfriend doesn't have anything to do with my home. After I finished walking around the outside looking for more damage, I came around to the side this young man and my boyfriend where on. My boyfriend told me about the conversation. I called my agent who referred him and she said to have him come to her office. I told her about his false claim of pictures and his refusal to show them. I then went inside to see how the windows looked. I found that the tracks were not cleaned. The over spray from the sprinklers still had the hard water spots that the agent said he would clean off. Then I discovered that he completely missed the inside and outside of 5 windows and 2 glass sliding doors. I called my agent and asked her to come over. She said the screen wasn't broken when she let him in, as he claimed. She also ran her finger through dust on the inside of one of the windows had not bothered to clean. She apologized and said she didn't know why he behaved that way. She asked me if I wanted him to come back and finish the job. I said after the bizarre behavior and reactions, I want comfortable with him coming back to my home. In addition to the window and screen issues, he drug my couch across wood floors and scratched them. He left dirt on the floor at every window and door he did clean. The first picture is the broken screen. The second picture is the one my agent took the week before, showing the screen was not broken. The other pictures are of the dirty windows he didn't clean. If you decide to try him, take pictures of what it looked like and don't expect him to replace anything he breaks. read more

Speckless window cleaning!! Oh my! Amazed at the work they did at my house today. Cleaned every window inside AND out, PLUS all the tracks, windowsills AND screens. I've lived in this house 20 years and I've never seen my windows look this nice. The team was professional, efficient, courteous. They worked for 4 hours and completed a difficult job, high elevations split level house on a hill: 17 windows, 3 sliding double doors and 20 screens. Completely spotless! The owner Josh was so rude when I asked a question about the quality of the service. He immediately came at me in an aggressive, threatening manner, and when I mentioned that the kids working for him were nice and agreed with me about the quality. Josh mentioned that they were only working with him for a couple weeks!! I asked him a question about the cleaning, and he was extremely rude telling me that my windows "were trash" and that I never took care of my house!! He told me that he knew for a fact that my windows were at least 40 years old. When I mentioned to him that they were only 20 years old because this house is an owner, builder house: he got very upset and started arguing with me. It seemed that he had a very large ego and his pride had been hurt "stating that he has been cleaning windows for a long time". I have never seen such poor customer service in my life and I have been in customer service for over 45 years. There are several other Window Cleaning Companies in the Ramona area that will provide the same service. Please do not use this company! There are much nicer people to work with in our home town of Ramona. read more

My husband called to clarify something with the owner on the day they were FINALLY actually coming, and he was super RUDE. Get this yelp folks, he started F bombing my husband, a(n almost) customer...on the phone...because of a miscommunication! Sorry if you're having an off day or week or month, that is NEVER acceptable. He kept talking about not being able to do it for free because it's an "F*ing business." Clearly you missed the customer service piece regarding your F*ing business, sir. We will not be using this company after all...dude was an absolute JERK!! read more
