The solar installers were very complimentary. Communication with them was great during the quoting and scheduling process. Their pricing was good. Not the cheapest, but less than half of two other companies. They also didn't use the high-pressure tactics some others used when asked to quote. The one thing I would make sure is to ask about payment mechanisms ahead of time. I ended up writing a check instead of using my credit card. That was unexpected. Aside from that, I am very happy with the results and will use them again for both the roof, and to clean the solar panels when the time comes.

Jason came highly recommended and I can absolutely see why. From start to finish he was professional, thorough, and took the time to explain the entire process. He answered every question I had and even provided before and after photos that speak for themselves. After the cleaning I measured a 15% increase in my solar production, proof that keeping panels clean really does make a difference. Here are the pluses and minuses of my experience. Pluses: * Rapid and courteous response to my initial request * Quick turnaround for an appointment * Quoted me a 2 hr arrival window, which they met. * Affordable service. * Patio is nice and clean and he cleaned splashes from the adjacent windows/ doors. Minuses: * I had told them about my pool right next to the patio, but Brooks didn't take any special attention to prevent some dirt and sand from entering the pool (e.g, putting down plastic film). Nor did they provide a method for cleaning it afterwards, which led to clogging the pump intake line, requiring a lot of effort on my part to clear. * On the patio itself, I needed to use a blower to remove residual stuff that the power wash didn't deal with. Ideally, they would have done that as part of the service. I would give them 3.5 stars if that was an option: I feel 3 is too harsh. 4 is probably a bit generous given what I needed to do afterwards. So, be wary if you have a pool nearby that they offer you a solution to prevent crap getting in it.

There were layers of pine needles on the roof and in the gutters. The gutters are a weird design and built into the eaves. He had to work from underneath and from the house side to get to them. The downspouts were completely clogged with pine needles. He had an amazing array of tools and hoses that made the job possible. It had not been cleaned in decades. They were weeds growing out of the top of the gutters and onto the roof - the layering of pine needles was so heavy. Alex pulled them out and even they had Roots that extended down into the downspouts. Again, I couldn't be more happy.

Our cleaning lady of years fell and broke her ribs. Since it is rather a larger house, we needed temporary help. I contacted Maritza through Yelp, gave her all the details including squarefeet, how many rooms I need to be cleaned, added carpet cleaning for upstairs, two bedrooms and one office only, and that it will be for 1-2 times only for now. They gave me an estimate of $225-345 and said they will be here Wed between 2-3pm. At 3 they texted and asked a question about the carpet and said they will be here between 3.30-4. At 5 I called them they said they are on the way and will be shortly here. At past 6 I called them again, they said it will be too late now. Is it OK if they can come tomorrow. They said they will be here at 8am. Past 9 I called them, they texted me back and said they are on their way now. At 10.30, I called again, there were kitchen noises on the background and they said they are sitting in the traffic. At that point I gave up and started to clean the house when they actually showed up at about 11. I made a house tour with them and my daughters boyfriend, who is a native Spanish speaker, explained also everything in Spanish. So they started, and to be fair, they did an awesome job. At one point Maritza told me that they are finishing the kitchen and my daughters room and they will be done in about 20 mins. Then she switched back to Spanish and the little girl explained to me that it was bigger than they expected and they will have to charge more than the estimate. I explained I gave every detail written and made tour with them when they arrived. Why would they not tell anything then? So I asked how much more, she said they will charge $1500. See what I meant when I said they let the innocent kid make the money talks? I mean, i made a house tour with them and explained every single thing in English and in Spanish. I would understand maybe $100-150 more, but $1200 more than estimate? Say something then and there. Not to mention letting us wait for almost 24 hrs. After about 20mins negotiating, Maritza said $800 is the lowest she can go. At that point I just had enough and paid the $800. The twist of the day: They stopped finishing my daughters room, and the kitchen, literally threw the cleaning supplies, vacuum etc in the pantry and left. Later we found out that nobody cleaned under vanities and couches, even the dropped water bottle lid was still there. Two stars are for the kind little girl and the good cleaning of the visible areas. If you want to use them, I advise to let them write what they will charge and that you will pay the accepted amount only. Good luck, hope this helps.

I was very worried about my sandstone walkway that leads to my door, but they were very careful and gentle with it, while still getting the dirt off. Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!

Right away, everything felt extremely professional and homely. I could tell by the folder and the way he described his company that he is passionate about what he does. He also mentioned that his two sons handle the installations, which I thought was great since it was a family run business. Initially, we had actually agreed to go with another company until I realized the other company's license was suspended because both their worker's comp and insurance expired. When I checked The Gutter Connection's license, I saw that there had NEVER been a lapse in insurance or workers' comp, which pretty much sealed the deal for me. We scheduled an appointment, and Steve's sons arrived today. They were polite, well dressed, and professional. My husband and I were happy right away. During the job, they pointed out that one of the original plans for diverting water wouldn't work as expected. We agreed upon an alternative and it turned out beautifully. He gave us 3 different options based on our needs and he was able to work with us a bit on our needs / pricing so we booked him a week after our discussion. Even though I spoke to Jeremy about the process, I realized I was still naive about the work being done because when Kyle came on time on our scheduled day, I was surprised to see him pulling a huge tank full of water on a trailer flatbed with all these hoses and gadgets. I just assumed he'd hook up to our water house but it made sense once I started to see the tools he needed. Kyle immediately went to work and we watched from the inside as waves of sludge came pouring off the roof. It has been 22 years since this house was built and we've managed to maintain every other part of the house but I never thought about the crud that would accumulate up there. It gave me the creeps thinking that we would've never thought to do this unless our insurance threatened to drop us. I have to say, the process of scheduling and working with Jeremy was painless but the clean up was far from easy. We have a 4500 sq. ft house and an additional 2 car detached garage so a lot of surface space to cover. 22 years of crud, that sludge has to go somewhere. Kyle did an AMAZING job washing everything down around the house but the red coloring of the roof stained our concrete in areas so we to go over it several times with our own pressure washer after Jeremey left to get that coloring removed. We have a long drive way so that was the area of most concern. Had I known this would be the case, I would've paid to have the sidewalks done as well. So, if your roof is red, I'd suggest paying a bit extra for a thorough cleaning of walls of your home AND the concrete. We are so pleased with the service that Washed Out provided and would highly recommend. Several of our neighbors came by and were amazed at the work done so we were happy to share Jeremy's information. We will definitely add them to our list of regular home maintenance vendors and hope you consider Jeremy and his team for your pressure washing needs.
