I don't think our carpets have smelled this fresh in years. Because of that--and because the company took my concerns seriously afterward--I awarded Spotless Clean SD three stars. Unfortunately, I felt compelled to deduct two stars for a couple of reasons. First, the team did not clean what they considered "cluttered" areas. In practice, this meant that surfaces such as my bathroom counter and office desk were skipped entirely. I understand not moving or organizing personal belongings, but there were crumbs and visible spots that we had to clean ourselves before guests arrived the following day. Additionally, things like trash bins and appliances were left out of place, as if the team left in a hurry. Ultimately, I did not feel I received the full value of the service. Second, while avoiding those "cluttered" surfaces, the team nevertheless moved several art prints and canvases that I had set aside for framing. They placed a heavy plastic office chair mat directly on top of them, leaving several pieces crumpled. Fortunately, I was able to flatten most of the wrinkles, but I was surprised by the lack of care shown toward personal items. To the company's credit, Ellen promptly offered a discount on a future cleaning with a different team, which I genuinely appreciated. Ellen also offered to have a team return and address the remaining areas, but we had already taken care of it ourselves. Given this experience, I don't think we'll be using the company again, sadly.

In a professional setting, one expects at least a baseline of courtesy and respect--especially from someone in a leadership role. Instead, I encountered rudeness, condescension, and a complete disregard for basic professionalism. It was not just a one-off moment either--it reflected a pattern of behavior that suggests a toxic leadership culture at the top. If the CFO is any indication of how this organization treats people--whether clients, partners, or employees--I'd recommend looking elsewhere. Leadership sets the tone, and in this case, it's not a good one.

She also offered to refund part of the organization fee since I decided to only do the kitchen. I really appreciate her willingness to clarify and make things right. Rachel is incredibly kind, friendly, and an absolute powerhouse when it comes to cleaning. She made my home look spotless -- every surface gleamed, everything smelled fresh, and her attention to detail in the main cleaning work was fantastic. It was such a relief walking into such a fresh, tidy space. That being said, there were a few small things that could be improved. For whatever reason, I felt like she was very rushed. The trash was left right outside the apartment without a new bag in the bin, and the dishwasher wasn't started -- small touches I've had with other cleaners in the past that make a nice difference. I had also paid for organization, originally planning to do the guest room and kitchen, but when she arrived I decided to just do the kitchen. The charge stayed the same, which I wish had reflected the smaller scope. Overall, Rachel's cleaning skills are truly excellent, and she's a joy to work with. With a little more consistency on the smaller finishing touches and more clarity in pricing, her service would be perfect. You're probably one of those human beings that will complain about anything and that you're never satisfied no matter what. This is my fourth time using them and they just continue to blow me away. These two girls one is Veronica and the other one is lupita, they have the most lovely personalities and you can tell of their quality and integrity. They are smiling all the time they don't have a bad attitude or demeanor is excellent and I want to tell everybody reading this that Mexican people men or women they work and work hard and complete and you want to know why? Not only do they have a family to feed but they really do take pride in their work. There's a saying when you do something and it is; you either do it or you don't. There's no halfway or is this good enough. These two girls were here for 4 hours and the company gave me a 30-dollar off credit for booking with them again. These two girls work so hard that I gave them $50 each and I'm not rich. I also gave each one of them a homemade big where bar of soap that has lemongrass and herbs and certain oils that are all natural each one of those cost me $20 each. These two girls were so humble and when they were done they left still smiling. Lupita was the one cleaning my bathroom and the poor girl was on her knees scrubbing certain things on my floor in the bathroom but she wiped every inch of my bathroom I didn't even have to tell her and my shower door and little hidden cracks but she did it excellent. The first time I used them they did good but I said I will try another company and it was like day and night. So the second time I use them and their quality was even higher than the first time and they cleaned my aluminum refrigerator and I was shocked because I cleaned it with certain specific things for it but it still left smudges and they got it looking like a mirror. I will not use anyone else never again honestly I am 100% serious. When they leave my house smells so good and clean and I honestly feel like I am royalty or they treat me like I am the king LOL.
