Have used multiple times for different properties and the service is always excellent. Most recently hired for my elderly mothers house that had exceptionally dirty windows. After servic, the windows shine - streak free. Having them back in 6 months. read more

Pro Window Cleaning came highly recommended - and didn't disappoint! Ken, the owner, is very responsive - and knowing that I wanted to have my windows cleaned in the next week or so, fit me onto the schedule this morning. Xavier was prompt, friendly and professional, and did a fabulous job! I am pleased to support a Rancho Penasquitos-based business. Pro Window Cleaning is now my company of choice!! read more

Ken K is a great guy, and great at his job. In this industry you never know who you are going to be working with, but this company is standup, hard working, and ethical. I hire them once every 3 months to do our house, and to do our rental properties. They have never been anything but top notch, respectful, and kind. The prices are fair, the work is good, and the service is great. Whats not to like! read more

I used this company recently and we sold the house a month after the cleaning. After the house inspection, when the house was in escrow, the report said that the widows were dirty and they need a professional cleaning, when I told Ken about this, he did not accept that happened and request for a proof, I sent him the proof and still did not accept that, we cleaned the windows again and asked Ken for a discount in attention of the situation, he denied and told me that the inspection was before cleaning, offensive comment, because we left the house for the realtor stagger it. The inspection was when the realtor had the house. My husband and I are very upset and uncomfortable about the whole thing. Just we want a courtesy discount for all the bad service they did. The person he sent was no trained for that kind of job and did not wear the booties and was dirty on the floor inside the house under some of the windows were cleaned. The owner is not an honest person and on top of the very expensive bad service, he charged $12.00 more for the credit card payment. When I told my husband about that, we asked me if I was kidding. Never use again. read more

I contacted Ken for a last minute window cleaning service for my family. Ken answered the call, and sent me a follow up for window cleaning the very next day. However, at the same time, unbeknownst to me, my family had contacted a previous window cleaning they used and schedule them already. I informed Ken that we were fine for the window cleaning, but greatly appreciated the quick turn-around and response. We will keep Ken's business in mind for future needs!! read more

My wife and I are very pleased with the quality, service and price of Pro Window Cleaning's recent window washing service at our house. Your man was courteous, efficient, and did a great job. We will definitely be calling your company again for our window washing! read more

The team was on time but neglected to give me a quote that included cleaning the window frames as well as the glass. To me an essential part of the job. I received a phone call from the company offering to do the whole job over for what I had paid the first time and that they would not cash the check until they heard that I was satisfied. The person apologized for the misunderstanding and scheduled an appointment just a few days away at my convenience. read more

I have used Ken and his crew for over 4 years for my home and a 5 building commercial office complex. The staff are always courteous and respectful of my property. A very professionally run company. I needed a redo on a sliding door and they came out and made it perfect. Ken's pricing is fair and the work great. Thank you. read more

I've used Pro Window Cleaning for over 8 years and couldn't be happier. Ken is very easy to work with and accommodating. His crew is friendly and courteous and very careful not to let any of our indoor cats out. They work quickly and windows are always spotless. We have a big house with many french doors that aren't easy to clean and they are always spotless as well. Only one time was there any streakiness on a couple french doors after the window cleaner left. I didn't notice until the sun was shining brightly on it later. They came back out quickly and cheerfully re-cleaned the doors. I highly recommend Pro Window Cleaning. read more

I would not exactly call this company/Ken dishonest, but there is definite miscommunication. I was not satisfied with my service. The windows and screens were cleaned ok ( but was not a professional cleaning from my perspective), I asked for tracks to be cleaned. You will need to be very specific with this company, my tracks were not cleaned to my satisfaction, apparently cleaning the tracks cost more(I would have paid it). When I scheduled the service I asked for tracks to be vacuum and cleaned and Ken agreed to it. Not sure why there was no mention of " how clean do you want your tracks"? and how the price varies.. Also the white frame around screens were left dirty and dusty. Not very happy I had to wipe down all screen frames and clean out tracks myself. Ken was professional and in conclusion he gave me a minimal discount. I will not be using this company again, there should be more of an understanding of what the customer wants beforehand, they are the professional window cleaners and should know what ?'s to ask customers. read more

Do not use this company! Had a contract with the company to clean the interior and exterior windows at my business twice monthly for 100 dollars. Today when I observed the employee leaving after only cleaning the outside windows I stopped and asked him why he didn't clean the interior. He informed me the owner of his company only told him to clean the outside windows and to do a spot check on the inside. I immediately called the owner and spoke with him. He informed me that they only clean the interior windows when they look dirty to keep cost down. I informed him that we had agreed on inside and out each time. I will no longer use this company. The owner is extremely dishonest! read more

I was referred to Ken of Pro Window Cleaning by another company due to the short notice time frame I required. I'm moving out of a rental condo and according to my landlord, I need to get all the windows professionally cleaned prior to leaving. Ken was happy to help and he sent John over the next day to clean windows. John was prompt and courteous and cleaned all the windows including two sliding glass doors to a top notch shine. He was even able to clean, both inside and out, two hard-to-reach verticle skylights located on a high wall that connects to a vaulted ceiling. Overall I'm extremely satisfied with his work and would recommend their service to a friend. Thanks Ken! Now I'll be able to get my security deposit back! read more

They told me it would be 160.00 charged me 170.00 because they had to take bug spit off the window. They said 8 windows. no way. I watched carefully, 1 window. At any rate, you charge extra for cleaning the window????? Used dirty moldy smelling equipment, guy told me he had to wash it. really? Won't use ever again. read more
