They were punctual, efficient and such nice young men. I couldn't be happier. Owen, the owner, and a helper cleaned the inside and outside of every single window, all fly screens and even wiped down my wood blinds. All for an incredible introductory rate! There's no question, they will be back! Here are their details: Big Wave Window Works Owen: +1 (760) 504-1213 bigwavewindowworks@gmail.com

*** review updated after owner reached out…read more On a whim, we decided to have our windows cleaned. We've only used a window cleaning service once before. As we are not very familiar with this process, I will only list the things that were relevant to our current window cleaning with Premier Cleaning. First, they came by and offered to give us a quote for our2 story house with 37 windows. Scheduling was easy. They arrived at the time they said they would. There were 2 young gentlemen doing the work for the day. One seemed to be in training. After they started their work, they offer to also clean our gutters as they said it was quite dirty and "full". The picture they took did show some debris, so we opted for additional gutter cleaning. Towards the end, they pointed out that our window screens had some holes in them and they said they could replace them overnight and bring them back the next day. So we also opted to do that. In total, with added gutter cleaning and screens repair (10 screens total), the service ended up being doubled the original quote for only window cleaning. It wasn't exactly what we had budgeted but sometimes home maintenance requires the additional expenses. These guys were easy to work with, they communicated well and were professionals. They provided the services that they said they would provide. I was happy with the cleaning in all. It is important to give young people opportunities to make it in business, I am glad to give my business to a couple of young hard working individuals.

Not only did it transform to like new, but it took Jim a LOT of extra scrubbing and work to make it perfect. I would have been stoked with a lesser result but Jim's philosophy is it's his name on the result so he wants it perfect. He really spent a long time getting it GREAT. He's extremely knowledgable and gave us advice on the home we're buying regarding removing cat oder. He really knows his stuff.
