Michael sent Eddie over and he did a fantastic job at cleaning and refreshing all of our windows. After he was finished, we later noticed that one of the screens still needed some work. As such, both Michael and Eddie came back, took a look, and cleaned the screen as best as they could. After several days of back and forth he showed up. After putting up the lights he demanded an additional $20 for hooks. When I told him we provided our own hooks he responded with, "I used the good hooks." I should not have paid him, but I was getting a sketchy feeling about him and not wanting to get into an argument. Apparently he did this to all of our neighbors' houses as well. He never came to take down the lights even though we paid him for that service. He did this to multiple people in the area. Many of us texted him demanding he show up to take down the lights, but he never would, he just got very rude and insulting over text. We all had a bad feeling about him and should have just gone with our gut. Stay away!
