This is the best window cleaning company in the west! Each employee is happy to be working and they leave the windows shining! They work well with animals and work around big furniture pieces! I will definitely be inviting them back for a quarterly plan! Thank you C & C cleaning for being quick and efficient! read more

Charles and his crew are awesome. I hired them 2 weeks ago to clean my windows because I was putting my house up for sale. Price was very reasonable and was actually cheaper then all of the groupon deals that were available at the time. There was one issue where Charles was attempting to remove one of my windows for cleaning and the window cracked. He quickly owned up to it and had the window replaced 2 days later. He handled everything like a true professional. I hired Charles again a week later to remove some old faded and cracked tint on 2 sliding glass windows. Once again he did an awesome job and at a reasonable price. read more

C&C window cleaning did a phenomenal job on my house. John, there technician was professional, on time, and very thorough. Not only did he do an amazing job on the inside and outside of my windows but he also went above and beyond making sure my tracks and seals were cleaned very thoroughly. Will be contacting them again to have my windows serviced. read more

Wow. I have been meaning to get my windows cleaned since I moved into my new house. A year ago. I reached out to C&C since they had mostly positive reviews and it was so easy to book. They quoted me over a simple text message, had a slot open the next day, and came with a team of 6-7 people who did ALL my windows (24 windows) in about 90 minutes. The team was young, but extremely professional. they checked each other's work - and I even heard them almost competing for who could make the windows cleaner. The price was extremely reasonable. They did inside and outside and even brushed all the screens. Best call I made all week! And my windows were so clean that my cat tried to jump through one after they left :-) read more

Character through Adversity! It's easy to review a company after the "perfect" experience. I'm here to tell you my experience was not perfect. However, the way C & C handled the situation was. They provided an open line of communication about an issue that was happening and their workers were truly professional. Their work was amazing. Their pressure washing flawlessly cleared the crud off our balcony. Call Today if you need their service! read more

While I think work was good quality, the price came in higher than I expected and scheduling the work took some time and effort. I had a quote for the same amount that I ended up paying but it included doing the insides of the windows too. The reason I waited for this company was because I thought the price was going to be lower. I went ahead with them doing the work because I did not want to wait any longer. I think there are companies out there with lower pricing, but I do not know about the quality. If you are flexible with your schedule you might may to get them a try. read more

They've been doing our house for years - always reliable and do a great job. Highly recommend!

Very impressed! The young man who cleaned our windows (sorry I forgot name but started with D) did an awesome job. He was quick, friendly, on time and left our windows incredibly clean. read more

Well organized. friendly, professional group of people, that treat everyone well and do a great job. Genuine at its finest.

Arrived on a timely manner. Scheduled within days. Update- Chuck the owner goes the extra mile to help with any issues. I have three Windows which were not done the first time because they were hard to reach. All three windows are above a pergola on the second floor (Which I was reimbursed) However, last week, chuck made the extra effort to get to those difficult Windows. I offered to return the reimbursement but he refused. Now that's what I call excellent customer service! Chuck is honest and hard-working. I recommend this company 100% read more

The best window cleaning company in San Diego. I can't thank them enough for coming out last minute. I had someone else scheduled to come clean my windows for my daughter's wedding, which was the next day, and they cancelled. We called C & C and explained the situation and they came out. They cleaned the windows so beautifully. I've never been happier with the wonderful customer service and care they took with the screens. Thank you so much C&C we will definitely use your company every time!!! read more

Price Changed! From $7.00 per window = $98.00; then $125.00; then a grand total of $180.00 when they came and started the work! BEWARE screens not included! After they left, I notice that none of the window tracks were wiped either. They are all still dirty! If I could, I would post a picture of that, and the bird poops on my bedroom window that they didn't bother to scrap off...very disappointed.... read more

There were a some problems noted with the job completed by the original technician. The owner came over and resolved all issues. Thanks Charlie! read more

You'd be hard pressed to find harder workers than Charles and his crew; they showed up late in the afternoon to accommodate our work schedule and spent at least a couple hours working (our house has a LOT of windows). The job was clearly more difficult than they thought, and while the cost did go up, it was still quite reasonable. They really went the extra mile to hit the hard-to-reach spots. Our poor dog ran into a glass door because he thought it was open; it has never been so clean. Highly recommend these guys. read more

We can see out of our windows again. Thank you for doing an awesome job cleaning them, the screens and track.

They do a great job and are in and out pretty quickly for my single story home. I have them do insides and out, plus screens for about 14 windows and it takes them about a half hour or so. Makes a big difference when I look out the windows and it's clean and clear, and I just see the outside, instead of focusing on all the dirt and dust that's accumulated on them! Definitely recommend them. read more

They arrived on time and were very polite & professional. They did exactrly what I asked them to do, and they gave me a break on the price (I don't know why). I was so impressed I asked them to sign me up for a 6-month cleaning schedule. And I tipped them. I so appreciate getting a service with no surprises and results as good as I had hoped for. These guys are the real deal. read more

After our previous window cleaning vendor sold his business to someone who was not able to provide the same standard of awesome service, we found C & C Window Cleaning on Yelp. Charlie did an outstanding job and was very conscientious to every detail. Our windows look terrific! He went above and beyond by also fixing two windows previously hung incorrectly by the other service. My husband and I are very satisfied, plan to use this company again, and have already recommended Charlie to our neighbors. read more

Charlie did a great job at our location.Professionalism , great customer service and a stand out attitude is what allured us to this company. Keep up good work guys. read more

Great job by C & C getting our 3 story townhome windows clean. We moved in a few weeks ago and I had never seen windows as filthy as they were. They now sparkle, thanks Charlie. read more

My HOA used this company for the neighborhood so I thought I would call them to come up to clean my windows again. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. The person that answers the phone is the front person for the entire company. This girl must be in high school. She couldn't spell anything. She is on the phone with me gathering the info about windows, stories, etc. and said can I call you right back. Then calls back and says she had another call. You should call the other person back once you're off the phone with the current caller. That is what vmail is for. When I called on Saturday, I left a message and they didn't call me back for several hours. It's fine. Don't get off the phone to answer another person's call. Then they asked me the same question on the 2nd call. Then called back a 3rd time and asked if Charlie called me. No. Well, something is wrong with his phone. So they said we can schedule you for next week without giving me a quote. Then asks about the sliding glass door again. Then I let her know I am too stressed to keep answering these questions, so the girl says, "No". Then calls me back. This is getting harassing. They asked me for my email, my phone no., asked for me to spell my name and address without even scheduling an appt. I called another company and they asked me a couple of questions and gave me a quote. That is how it's done. I am not scheduling surgery. This was too stressful and 4 calls and I am no closer to getting my windows cleaned. I'd rather pay more to not be called 4 times. read more

Great service. Windows look great would recommend to anyone. Our very old windows look the best I've ever seen them.

How do you rate a window cleaning company? I look out the window and see it is EXTREMELY clean. Is that enough to warrant a 5 star? No. What has earned the 5 star was C & C's professionalism. All the employees were courteous, professional and did such an incredible job on all the windows around the complex. I will be making a point to let the complex know as well that in the future my windows should only be cleaned by C & C. read more

Just had our windows cleaned using a grupon $49 special, normally $100 for 20 exterior windows. Charlie did a great job, communicated his arrival time, counted the windows and went to work. Threw in an extra window! Great exterior clean, now my wife and I have to finish the interior, but thats ok. So impressed, we signed up for a semi annual scheduled cleaning, a good deal at $69! I highly recommend this company read more

C&C Window Cleaning did a wonderful job on the outside of my windows! My landlord had bought a groupon for window cleaning and it looks great. I am cleaning the inside of the windows myself, and even though they could not completely tell if the windows were clean (because the inside was so dirty) they still did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them and I would have them back to clean our windows again. Very nice and professional. They cleaned more than expected and went above and beyond. read more

I had Zach and his gang out to the condo for window cleaning yesterday and they turned out great! They were quick and friendly, no complaints. I would definitely recommend them. read more

Just had Charlie's crew out again today and they were stellar as usual! Thankfully it wasn't 100 degrees + again...

Thanks to Charlie for doing a great job with our windows--you can really tell the difference!

These guys are great! The owner Charlie Relph sent out two of his employees, Zach Hays & Zach Arvia, who not only are friendly and courteous but did a great job. On top of that, 3 weeks later it rained and Charlie came out and touched up our windows for free and we have 33 windows! I will call them again next time! read more

This was my first time using C&C Window Cleaning. Team Zach (Zach and Zach with C&C) came out and cleaned our windows, French doors, and screens. They did an excellent job! C and C Window Cleaning is a professionally run and efficient window cleaning service. I've been working with this company to clean our windows for about a year now and although I hesitated to get on a yearly plan, I quickly realized it is well worth the money and I wanted them to come back every 3 months anyway so why not sign up. I'm going to have them replace our screens in the next few months...the heat and sun have taken a toll on them. read more

My wife and I have used C & C Window Cleaning a few times now. We contacted them on August 15th and within 15 minutes Charlie Relph contacted me and we were able to schedule an appointment for today (8/28/17). Having done my home before, Charlie was able to provide me with an approximate cost. Today, his technician, Mike arrived on schedule and did a fantastic job. Mike was detail oriented, very polite and professional. Without hesitation, we will be using C & C Window Cleaning in the future and will be providing their contact information to family and friends. Please give Charlie a chance to make your windows shine by calling him at 619-402-5265. read more

We are putting our house on the market soon and I needed to have sparkling clean windows. We have a two story house with some big windows and with 3 kids I'm unable to get them done in a day. Austin came out within the window of time that he said he would and even texted to say the exact time we was going to show up. He was very professional and I looked at every window and couldn't find a streak! With 30 windows that he did he was able to complete the whole job in a couple hours! I would highly recommend C and C window cleaning! read more

I've been using C&C Window Cleaning for a little over a year now and they do a great job. I've always held off using professional window cleaners as their rates are too high! The first time Charlie came out he did the windows in/out and cleaned the screens for about $150 (11 windows) and then I started having them come out every 4 months. This past Saturday, he did all of my windows in/out for $80. IT PAYS TO BE ON THE QUARTERLY PLAN. They do a great job and are quick and efficient. I just called to set up my September 2014 appointment. It sure is nice to look out clean windows and screens. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND to anyone thinking of having their windows cleaned. For their prices, you will be HOOKED on regular cleanings read more

These guys are awesome! I highly recommend them. Zac, Kelsey and Charlie did an excellent job on my house windows and sliding glass door. I didn't realize what a huge difference it would make to have the windows and screens cleaned, I'm so impressed. I only had them clean the downstairs windows, but I'm going to have them come back and do the upstairs as well. They are fast, courteous, friendly, and do a phenomenal job! read more

Their team ended up doing great work on our windows.
