Wow. I have been meaning to get my windows cleaned since I moved into my new house. A year ago. I reached out to C&C since they had mostly positive reviews and it was so easy to book. They quoted me over a simple text message, had a slot open the next day, and came with a team of 6-7 people who did ALL my windows (24 windows) in about 90 minutes. The team was young, but extremely professional. they checked each other's work - and I even heard them almost competing for who could make the windows cleaner. The price was extremely reasonable. Charles and his crew are awesome. I hired them 2 weeks ago to clean my windows because I was putting my house up for sale. Price was very reasonable and was actually cheaper then all of the groupon deals that were available at the time. There was one issue where Charles was attempting to remove one of my windows for cleaning and the window cracked. He quickly owned up to it and had the window replaced 2 days later. He handled everything like a true professional. I hired Charles again a week later to remove some old faded and cracked tint on 2 sliding glass windows. While I think work was good quality, the price came in higher than I expected and scheduling the work took some time and effort. I had a quote for the same amount that I ended up paying but it included doing the insides of the windows too. The reason I waited for this company was because I thought the price was going to be lower. I went ahead with them doing the work because I did not want to wait any longer. I think there are companies out there with lower pricing, but I do not know about the quality. If you are flexible with your schedule you might may to get them a try. read more

Price Changed! From $7.00 per window = $98.00; then $125.00; then a grand total of $180.00 when they came and started the work! BEWARE screens not included! After they left, I notice that none of the window tracks were wiped either. They are all still dirty! If I could, I would post a picture of that, and the bird poops on my bedroom window that they didn't bother to scrap off...very disappointed.... read more

You'd be hard pressed to find harder workers than Charles and his crew; they showed up late in the afternoon to accommodate our work schedule and spent at least a couple hours working (our house has a LOT of windows). The job was clearly more difficult than they thought, and while the cost did go up, it was still quite reasonable. They really went the extra mile to hit the hard-to-reach spots. Our poor dog ran into a glass door because he thought it was open; it has never been so clean. Highly recommend these guys. read more

They do a great job and are in and out pretty quickly for my single story home. I have them do insides and out, plus screens for about 14 windows and it takes them about a half hour or so. Makes a big difference when I look out the windows and it's clean and clear, and I just see the outside, instead of focusing on all the dirt and dust that's accumulated on them! My HOA used this company for the neighborhood so I thought I would call them to come up to clean my windows again. I have never dealt with such poor customer service. The person that answers the phone is the front person for the entire company. This girl must be in high school. She couldn't spell anything. She is on the phone with me gathering the info about windows, stories, etc. and said can I call you right back. Then calls back and says she had another call. You should call the other person back once you're off the phone with the current caller. That is what vmail is for. When I called on Saturday, I left a message and they didn't call me back for several hours. It's fine. Don't get off the phone to answer another person's call. Then they asked me the same question on the 2nd call. Then called back a 3rd time and asked if Charlie called me. No. Well, something is wrong with his phone. So they said we can schedule you for next week without giving me a quote. Then asks about the sliding glass door again. Then I let her know I am too stressed to keep answering these questions, so the girl says, "No". Then calls me back. This is getting harassing. They asked me for my email, my phone no., asked for me to spell my name and address without even scheduling an appt. I called another company and they asked me a couple of questions and gave me a quote. That is how it's done. I am not scheduling surgery. This was too stressful and 4 calls and I am no closer to getting my windows cleaned. I'd rather pay more to not be called 4 times. read more

How do you rate a window cleaning company? I look out the window and see it is EXTREMELY clean. Is that enough to warrant a 5 star? No. What has earned the 5 star was C & C's professionalism. All the employees were courteous, professional and did such an incredible job on all the windows around the complex. Just had our windows cleaned using a grupon $49 special, normally $100 for 20 exterior windows. Charlie did a great job, communicated his arrival time, counted the windows and went to work. Threw in an extra window! Great exterior clean, now my wife and I have to finish the interior, but thats ok. So impressed, we signed up for a semi annual scheduled cleaning, a good deal at $69! C&C Window Cleaning did a wonderful job on the outside of my windows! My landlord had bought a groupon for window cleaning and it looks great. I am cleaning the inside of the windows myself, and even though they could not completely tell if the windows were clean (because the inside was so dirty) they still did a fantastic job. We are putting our house on the market soon and I needed to have sparkling clean windows. We have a two story house with some big windows and with 3 kids I'm unable to get them done in a day. Austin came out within the window of time that he said he would and even texted to say the exact time we was going to show up. I've been using C&C Window Cleaning for a little over a year now and they do a great job. I've always held off using professional window cleaners as their rates are too high! The first time Charlie came out he did the windows in/out and cleaned the screens for about $150 (11 windows) and then I started having them come out every 4 months. This past Saturday, he did all of my windows in/out for $80. IT PAYS TO BE ON THE QUARTERLY PLAN. They do a great job and are quick and efficient.
