On the day of the window cleaning the owner texted that he was on his way. Upon arrival Jeremy got right down to business, starting with the outside of the house while I moved objects on the inside so he could get to the windows easily. We have about 35 windows, plus two sliding glass doors in our two story house. The job was finished in about 3 1/2 hours, the timeframe mentioned upfront. The windows, screens and window tracks are spotless. He even cleaned the little windows on the garage doors. Spotless clean-up; after the work was done there was no evidence he was even here! I'm a believer in using small businesses when possible and Jeremy exemplifies the quality, professionalism and caring desired. Great work, I highly recommend Wonder Windows for your cleaning needs!

They left dirty foot prints on the top of my daughter's bathroom counter top sink. There was water on the hardwood floors. I had to spend a couple more hours cleaning all the window frames. The bug screen looks pretty bad, not well stretched and has lumpy spots. The young ladies were sitting on the ground and cutting the screenings, it looked like a craft project from elementary school. Carl arrived much later to help them out. We later contacted Carl to let him know what happened and he never responded. We do not recommend them. We will let the pictures speak for themselves.

The solar installers were very complimentary. Communication with them was great during the quoting and scheduling process. Their pricing was good. Not the cheapest, but less than half of two other companies. They also didn't use the high-pressure tactics some others used when asked to quote. The one thing I would make sure is to ask about payment mechanisms ahead of time. I ended up writing a check instead of using my credit card. That was unexpected. Aside from that, I am very happy with the results and will use them again for both the roof, and to clean the solar panels when the time comes.

Fito Parra arrived on time, with a truck that held a lot of really specialized equipment; this wasn't a side-job, but a profession, and I could tell that he really cared about what he was doing. He was able to get tough stains out on a patio that had not been cleaned for probably 15+ years. I had bought a power washer from BestBuy and tried to do it myself, but it took me an entire Saturday to literally do a quarter of what he did in almost four hours. Fito/KC Power Clean uses steam, some light chemicals (or you can say no) and industrial power wash equipment. I was also very impressed by how he cleaned the dirt splatter off the walls, and did an excellent job. My driveway and patio looked brand new! Kevin followed up asking how the service went, and sending me before and after pictures, which was another professional touch. I'd recommend looking at their Youtube channel and watching what these guys are about. They seem to take care of their employees, their customers, and are growing the business, which is nice to see. I could have paid someone else less to use Lowes/HomeDepot pressure wash equipment and chemicals or simple green, and my patio would have looked just a bit better. But considering this is licensed, insured, and the equipment on the truck was professional (for example, they have some motor on it that heats the water to make the steam, and a machine that could wind the hose back up), I felt that there was significant value. I will be using them again for other services and have already recommended them to my parents and my neighbor. I will also be referring them to my HOA to do their pressure washing. Thank you!!
