I ordered a pumpkin latte with almond milk. It was a strange, grainy consistency and I couldn't put my finger on the flavor - it wasn't like any pumpkin spice I've ever had. The coffee was served in a hand made mug with no handle. WAY TOO HOT to hold. When I pointed this out the server moved on to mistake number two. "You can pick it up at the rim," she suggested, and then proceeded to demonstrate, putting her fingers ALL OVER the rim.... DISGUSTING! There is an old expression in the food service business where top third of a glass, mug etc. belongs to the customer. In a 15 second interaction they managed to screw up a simple cup of coffee.....For A COFFEE SHOP, you would think they would be savvy about such simple minded matters.... Had her pour into a paper cup and bit my tongue.....Get it together......it is a simple process.
