I don't understand the delay. These images were to confirm/deny something very obvious. It's not ethical to cause undo anxiety to people awaiting test results. If this facility is so backed up and under staffed that their patient's results cannot be read in a timely manner I will surely go elsewhere in the future and advise family and friends to do likewise.

One week later, i did another follow up test in a different location, the nurse was very very nice. However I cannot give more than 3 stars. The reason being when I waited for couple days and still not getting my result I called them, they gave me such a hard time on the phone. They have my Dr. information on file when I call to get my result send to dr. they refused!! They told me that my Dr. has to call them to request the copy in a very rude way!! very disappointed by their customer service or maybe the receptionist.

I'm pregnant with thyroid issues and called ahead of time to make sure I don't need an appointment and don't need anything else for them to do the test. Apparently the forms they use and codes changed yesterday and no one bothered to mention it. They spoke to my doctor (had to get her on the emergency line) and even after she verified what she needs from them they refused to administer it because THEY DONT KNOW THEIR OWN CODES. I literally took the day off to do this and will now have to call out of work again to do this in a different lab. DONT COME HERE.

In the meantime they closed for the day. Came back the next morning waited another hour to pick up what I needed. (I printed out the script from my doctor). After having a melt down the supervisor came out picked it off the self which took one minute. I would like to give them a zero rating. They are also rude and incompetent.
