If anyone asked I would never recommend this company to anyone. There is no consistency in training, they don't respect your lunch unpaid hour. No flexibility at all, if you have to be late an hour or leave early they force you to take 1/2 day off your accrued PTO. Co-workers have no ethic... burping and cursing all day, managers answering 'RING APP' all day to answer to Fedex and UPS deliveries. Dress-code is non professional, teammates go on flip flops and t-shirts. When working here you will be told to give inaccurate information to clients and patients (BY MANAGEMENT) in order to "preserve" the image of "good" service ex. Caregivers that drive their own car.... there is no such a thing, a caregiver that makes $12hr is unable to buy a car, keep its insurance and pay for gas when working 20hrs a week. This job was only a paycheck that wont pay your bills and do NOT plan to make a career here! Turnover is ridiculously high with 10 coordinators in 10 years.......

Having to deal with 2 unprofessional owners that speak in circles, is even worse. MAKE SURE YOU READ AND FULLY UNDERSTAND THEIR CONTRACT. They charge a security deposit on top of a a weekly invoice. They claim it's because they are protecting their employees but that's not the case. The aides are not very good either. Knowing that my father was extremely unsteady one of the aids left him unattended in the shower with no seat and he fell.

I hired attentive care services for my mother back in November-December of 2015. I was extremely…read moredisappointed with their services. I spoke to some lady named laura (I think) in the Hicksville office. She promised me 3 aides and full coverage for the times I needed. Let's just say that they were able to cover 20% of that. I had to take off from work 3 out of 5 days a week to take care of my mom because they didn't have coverage. To make matters worse, the aides are lazy, incompetent, and have bad attitudes. They charged my company (private LTC) insurance $23.00 an hour. Meanwhile the aides told me they only get $9-$13 an hour. To make matters worse, Tammy who is the scheduler is completely incompetent. I signed an "assignment of benefits" form to have my LTC company pay them directly. They took a few extra weeks to pay them and I received a collections letter from an attorney they hired in Albany, NY!!!!! Just to add insult to injury. I work for the company whom I have the LTC policy for my mom. I informed them and their 3rd party research firm called Care Scout to NEVER, EVER RECCOMEND THEM WHATSOEVER!!! I am also reaching out to some contacts to have them investigated formally.
