Although their shop is hidden from the main road in the back of a a shopping/office strip, it was a nice little find. The showroom was more like a workroom and wasn't fancy but that shows they are focused on their work and their customers more than being flashy. We ordered an arrangement to go on a casket. They only had a couple photos on the website but we trusted the workers enthusiasm. We have her a price range of $150-$200 and picked a color scheme. We ordered on a Monday and the arrangement was ready to do by Wednesday afternoon as requested. When we walked in to pick up the arrangement I was really happy on how full it was. HUGE roses, snap dragons, carnations (other flowers I don't know the name of) and greenery made it super pretty. We were very happy with what they gave us. Absolutely disappointed in the arrangement they sent my aunt. I ordered the cranberries and cream from their website, should have been daisies, heather, carnations and a little greenery. She got 3 half dead carnations, 2 daisies, a sprig of dried up dead red baby roses, and the rest was babys breath....which wasn't even listed as to be included and made it look cheap and depressing. My aunts husband passed away and the flowers made her and I even more distraught. Definitely didn't look like a $65 arrangement to me. DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY HERE. We stopped by last Friday to check on the availability of a wedding date late in August for a small wedding. There was a sign outside that said "We're Open" but we were not received with a welcome. Obviously they need to close when they are too busy during wedding season to help the public. The lady who makes appointments had to have been one of the most impolite women I've ever encountered. Don't know if their flowers are acceptable because I would never give someone that rude my money. Very unaccommodating with appointments, they only do Mondays even if that doesn't work for you. Exceptional, personalized customer service and beautiful creations! This is a small, independent florist that seems to care about their products and their customers. I was looking for such a florist when I called Special Touch. I had a nice chat with the lady that answered the phone about what they could/would do and how they operated. She then asked what my requirements were and where the delivery's would be. I've had recent problems with florists not doing what they promised so spent some time questioning her. I ended up with a good feeling from that I would be treated like a valued customer versus just another number. It turns out the lady that answered was Esther Ryan, the owner. I placed an order for delivery to my Mother and my Aunt and crossed my fingers. Just got off the phone with my Mother and she was over joyed with the flowers. She said my Aunt was very happy too. The arrangements were much nicer than the ones I sent from the last florist I had used. She lives in an assisted living facility and was the envy of the other ladies who saw the delivery. I highly recommend Special Touch Florist for all of your floral needs. They will be my "go-to" florist going forward. read more

This company failed to deliver my flowers I had ordered for my Mother on Mother's Day. They claim they left it with another employee. They do not locate the actual recipient and give them the flowers. They then blame other by standers of stealing the flowers. When I was on the phone with Esther Ryan she told me to be quiet and hung up on me. This company lacks professionalism and customer service skills. I would not recommend this company. A one star is being nice. I would give them an "F." read more
