From then on, every time I wanted to send or get my wife flowers I've used Rose and Blossom. On our fifth wedding anniversary I called them to see if they could recreate my wife's bridal bouquet as an arrangement and sure enough they were easily able to. Just yesterday, I had some flowers delivered to my wife to celebrate a new job within her company. Not only was it beautiful, but when I realized that the original delivery date I had chosen was wrong, because she wasn't in the office that day, they easily changed the delivery date without hesitation. I also love how I can call and say "she likes peonies" or "she likes hydrangeas" and they'll make something beautiful every time. The prices are always fair and affordable as well. Here is part one of what will be a two-part review. I need wedding flowers and I was blown away at the process. I had no idea what it's like to design floral arrangements. All I came in with were some pictures and a color palette. Terri is amazing, very to-the-point and knowledgable. With a stack of cookbooks in her office, it's obvious that her and her team create art. It was a little challenging to let the creative process go at first but I had to surrender to them, knowing they will deliver an amazing product. I have used them 2 times. 1 time was great. But even though the flowers are beautiful. It looks like a 5 year old cut them and stuffed them in a vase. Looked nothing like what I ordered. They are not arranged well. Delivery was fast and on time. Update. They did offer to send new flowers. I did give them 3 stars. But they did try and make up for this. They said they are very proud of their designs. But this arrangemt should of never been delivered . It wasn't designed. So 4 stars for trying to correct it. read more

These guys did my flowers for my wedding and did a spectacular job. They were knowledgeble, reliable, professional, and flexible. We paid in full at the time of the consultation, but realized we had forgotten to order a corsage for the grandma. I called and added it and we were able to pay over the phone. How convenient! They delivered to my venue on time with exactly what we designed. I knew I wouldn't have to stress about my flowers! The shop may look a little run down from the exterior, but don't let that fool you. They do exquisite work! read more

This Florist is just about the best in Spokane, WA. They really care about their customers and take the TIME to get it right. I have used them for a VERY large order and bought flowers on a whim at both shops before in Spokane. The designers aren't suck in the 80's like some other flower companies. Been getting roses here for a over year. Was told a year or so ago we can bring vases (13) back in for a credit. When we tried to do so we were told she's credit us 5$ for all, not 5$ for each which was originally the deal. She was rude and didn't act like she wanted our business anymore. I went into Rose and Blossom hoping to get some flowers for my upcoming wedding. I went on the website to make an appointment and when got there, we were told that they were booked out for September, which was totally fine and I understood. However, when I stated that I did input a date for my wedding through the website, I was told that they didn't have the date that I inputted and the lady we were working with kept stating back "Well it is on the website and it doesn't look like you inputted any dates." It felt very demeaning and I felt like I was wasting their time. I am very thorough and ALWAYS check websites for dates and I felt insulted after talking with the person we were working with. The sales person also didn't let me explain that I only needed a bouquet and boutonnières for my wedding and didn't even ask what I was looking for. I felt as if they were very dismissive which is unfortunate because we went through this place for prom and had a pleasant experience. It is very disappointing, especially since they had other wonderful reviews. read more
