Her order was at the last minute & somehow she persuaded, (pushed,) Katrina to bring to me that same day. She made an extra effort to accommodate as they'd already delivered to the westside in the morning. The delivery was made to my absolute joy from CDA by a delightful young woman, Chanelle. I'm so happy with my gift, impressed by this florist and grateful they went the extra mile. BTW for those who wonder, (as I did after the delivery,) yes, tipping floral delivery folks is a good idea. (Im typically a good tipper & honestly didn't give it a thought when Chanelle came. I will stop by next time Im in town to leave her a belated one.) Thank you all for making my day extra special. Ordered a green + white arrangement, florist's choice, and upgraded to a "Deluxe" arrangement, which I assumed would mean nicer flowers...or at least some of the flowers and succulents shown in the AI-generated image next to it. I ordered the arrangement to be delivered the following day, as I know same-day orders can result in a lower-quality arrangement due to limited stock on hand in the shop. I also requested in the delivery instructions to please text me a photo of the arrangement. Never got a text of the arrangement from the florist as requested, but the recipient was kind enough to send me a pic. Now I know why the florist didn't send me a pic. I was SO embarrassed...this arrangement looks cheap...like it was a last-minute grab at a grocery store. All told (delivery fee, tax) this arrangement was $115. Would YOU pay $115 to have this delivered to a loved one? Fool me once, shame on you.

Summit Sprouts's owner is passionate about your garden success. This is one of those places where supporting your local business is a win for you! This year, we have (so far!) purchased two fruit trees, flower baskets, landscape plants, organic manure and fertilizers, and all of our veggie starters, as well as a wind chime that my husband actually LOVES. My best guy friend who was taking me did not get me a corsage because of this place, he ordered a week in advance and they said they "forgot about the order" When he showed up. They gave in 5 flowers instead. And I was genuinely excited because I have never had one before. Now I will remember my prom without a corsage. I do not recommend this place.

I emailed Anthesis around 6 pm and got a reply in a matter of minutes! Talk about great customer service! The lady was super sweet, answered all my questions and took care of all my requests. I asked of she could send me a photo of the completed boquet before it was delivered to my cousin, let me tell you when I saw the photo I gasped! It was beautiful!!! Exactly what I wanted, the vase, the colors were perfect and the bouqet itself was bigger than I thought it would be! They delieved the bouqet with the note and it was perfect! My cousin loved it!
